On Saturday myself, partner and father went to 3 different garages to look for a car. The first 2 garages had nothing to offer however when we came to Ford we were impressed. Wide range of used cars, reasonable prices and the staff were lovely. Joe was the man who helped us look around. He was very friendly, professional and it felt like we were talking to a friend rather then a sales person. Not once did we felt criticised for taking our time nor were we rushed to buy anything. Thanks to Joe, our day of "just looking around" became a test drive and buying a car for myself. Now it's Monday and I am about to collect my car later on, so excited! Thanks Joe for all your help and your team I highly advise anyone interested in buying or even looking for a car to come here, you are in excellent hands.

Not alot to say about Bristol Street Motors really, my rating says it all. Went in to purchase a new car and see what our options were. Our appointment was with Jared, whose customer service was bob on, could not fault him. Everything was explain clearly and helped us if we didn't understand something. Good selection of cars. At the time of our visit we couldn't go out to look at the cars as it was raining, so Jared brought the cars we wanted to look at on the showroom floor. Most garages try sell you everything, but these advise whats best and whats not. Went in happy, but came out happier after our purchase. Highly recommend, can't fault them.

I recently visited to see what my options were regarding changing my current diesel car to a more eco friendly hybrid vehicle. Zieko was extremely helpful with looking at viable options and allowing me to test drive the particular cars that I was most interested in. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Updated review: i bought a car and everything was handled via email and phone. The car was shown to me via video. I received the car 9 days after. I have nothing negative to say about the car, It was in good condition, however I have to point out that it wasn't cleaned properly. I opted for the 3 year warranty they offer which is very reasonable for the price. Pros: very easy to buy, you can send the car back within 15 days if you change your mind, they deliver to you. Cons: communication was difficult at times. My car delivery was 3 days late and at fist I got scared that this might have been a scam (lol), obviously it wasn't. I would recommend improving communication with clients and car cleaning service. Other than that, everything was ok. Happy with the car, thank you Chris.

Right to start this story review it all started in August I looked out to buy two cars one for me one for my wife I bought my wife’s car first from Bristol Street motors online and the salesperson come back to me was Jerard Who I must say has been very helpful with the sale of the vehicle keeping me informed all the way through the sale with email communication and telephone in the car turned up as requested on the day in immaculate condition apart from a few stone chips but Gerard has supplied the touchup paint to put it right so the sale has gone very smoothly with no stress so I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bristol Street motors again unlock my other car I purchased for myself I have had nothing but problems I told them to cancel the sale twice the car still turned up because it into it travelled all that way I accepted it like a fool six weeks on still haven’t received the logbook for the car no communication from Car Store so the moral of the story if you want a stress free purchase of a vehicle use Bristol Street motors Stoke for hassle free I certainly wouldn’t use Car Store again I hope this helps anybody looking to purchase a vehicle

The sales associate helping me through the purchase was Anthony and what a delight he was. due to me being from the North East and my dream car being a 3 hour drive away with none available around me, he made it sure the car was in pristine condition for it being delivered to my home address. I also bought the car in lockdown meaning if i could drive the 3 hours to see the car I couldn't, Anthony then relaxed me letting me know all of the details about the car. As well as this, this was my first car on finance but Anthony ensured me and answered all questions I had. I cant thank Anthony enough for the service and reassurance I received when buying my car from the Stoke garage. 5*

A great disappointment today when I phoned to check the progress of my order. Car ordered on 12th December 2020 and due to be collected on 9th March 2021. I have not had any updates about the car at all so called today to be informed that it will not reach port until 27th March so possibility that I might get it on 31st March but between delivery to garage and collection by myself it has to have adaptations fitted (wheelchair hoist etc). Great help provided by the person on the phone today but what has happened to the service between December and today? I was told that the person who took my order has been off sick so doesn't anybody else deal with their customers while they are off sick?

I recently purchased a used car from Bristol Street Motors, Stoke. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I wasn’t able to view the vehicle in person or test drive it, however, the sales associate was extremely helpful in providing a personal video of the vehicle and its features. Once I had indicated my intent to purchase the vehicle, Bristol Street Motors were very accommodating by providing the best part exchange valuation they possibly could. The sales associate was extremely amenable and responded to all of my queries in a timely fashion; without being pushy in trying to get the sale. The sales associate also explained that being an ex-motability vehicle, the previous owner had an adaptor fitted to the steering wheel, which would be removed, and the leather restored, before the car was delivered. Without being able to view this before paying for and receiving the vehicle, it was difficult for me to determine the condition of the steering wheel once the adaptor was removed. There were marks on the leather and indents on the actual structure of the steering wheel. The sales associate did assure me that the steering wheel would be replaced to my satisfaction, at the cost of Bristol Street Motors. However, I did have to wait over a month for the steering wheel to be replaced at a main dealership. To reiterate and to end on a positive note, the service provided before and after the sale was consistent and the sales associate was keen to resolve my queries to my satisfaction. Although I would love to give a 5-star review, for the reasons explained above, I have decided to deduct a star.

Both the cars have been excellent. when the cars have had to go in for service or repair the car is collected, repaired, washed & returned normally within 24-hours. Booked in for a major service on my car at BSMF Stoke. Very thorough and professional. Also like the fact that they send you a video clip showing you proof that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing in the early stages of the service (tyre tread depth checks all around, and brake pads/discs checks back and front, whilst showing you the oil drain off at the the same time. The only thing I didn't like about the site/location car drop off for said service at predefined time and date, was it's quite difficult to find out where the main entrance was mainly due to bad signage, or no clear signage as I could see while driving to it, plus actually find my way and getting parked up near to the booking in reception area. For those reasons I may not use BSMF Stoke again. Just too much hassle to find and get sorted out.

I keep going back because, whilst I know they make a healthy profit from the transactions, I have never felt that I have been ripped off. The sales and service staff have always been pleasant and attentive and apart from one minor breakdown in communication when I didn't receive a return call to say that my car was ready for collection, I have always been satisfied with the standard of the after sales service. In fact, on one occasion I was so impressed (with Ayeshia ), I took in a box of chocolates as a sign of appreciation. I went to Bristol Street Motors in Stoke to test drive the 2018 model of the Ford Fiesta. I was blown away by the smoothness of the drive, additional features and stylish interior trims. I was initially looking for a basic zetec model but totally fell in love with the Fiesa Titanium. This model was way more than what I wanted in terms of additional features and trim but couldn't resist after test driving this car and others at the dealer. Chris had a good knowledge of the cars available at the dealership and advised which one would be best for what I wanted and price. He talked through the finance options clearly and tailored it to suit me. Chris was a clear and knowledgable salesman which made the whole process easy and stress free. A day later I purchased the car and a day later Chris dropped the car off at my home free of charge as i was unable to get to the dealership. I would definitely recommend to others.

The excellent Bristol Street Motors Customer Sales team in Newcastle put me into Russell Joines at Stoke, who was excellent. His manner was very professional, he did what he said he was going to do, when I requested it and I was desperate to buy the car. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do a deal that I could manage as the car was a little out of my reach. I found another car elsewhere a little older and it worked out but because of Russell’s service and the nice people in the Newcastle office, I spent extra time trawling the Bristol Street website trying to find another vehicle but there wasn’t anything else available. Time wise, I had to make a choice this week.. given more time I would have been focussed on Bristol Street and Russell. To Russell’s boss.. shake his hand for me please. Having shopped around all day for a cheap second car having no idea what we wanted, driven a load of rubbish vehicles and being fed a load of rubbish by over eager salesmen, we landed on the door step of Bristol Street Ford, Stoke having seen a 2009 Ford Fiesta. The showroom was professional looking and the salesman, Paul Boulton was brilliant, putting zero pressure on us and listening to what we wanted. We test drove a 2009 Fiesta first but it wasn't much cop and we thought we would never find a car then he showed us a 2012 Fiesta in red low mileage. A little above budget but having test driven it, decided it was for us. The sales process was seamless as we were cash buyers, and we even got a video of our car when it was ready for collection. Paul even threw in some Ford mats as well! All in all, the buying process was brilliant and seamless. Will be using them in the future. How buying a car should be! Well done Bristol Street!
