We were welcomed into the showroom and the sales colleague Ben Salmon dealt with our query. There was no pressure selling (just what we like) and Ben listened to what we wanted and took this on board. After placing our order Ben kept us informed every step of the way. The handover was smooth and Ben explained all the features of the car - the video was a lovely touch.

Ben Salmon contacted me in January to advise me that I could get a better deal on a new car than on the one I currently had. There was absolutely no pressure selling and he was polite and pleasant throughout the call. I agreed to the new deal and was advised that the waiting period for the new car was approx 6 months. Throughout this period Ben regularly contacted me to keep me advised and updated regarding the sale. I collected my new car yesterday and was pressed for time as I needed to get back to work! Ben accommodated my need for speed and dealt with the change over seamlessly. He has been professional and courteous throughout the whole process, he showed me all of the new functions on the car and has updated the sales portal ensuring I have access to all the documents. Not only would I recommend the Dacia range, I would also highly commend Ben Salmon as a professional friendly and courteous salesman who made it easy to buy and exchange a car without stress.

I have a service care plan here for my Dacia, I have attempted three calls to the service and car parts extension and have left a message but 2 weeks on have still not had a call back even though I left my number plate, name and phone number. Still completely unsatisfied by the aftercare. Once I have my next service I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I have a motorbility car, it went in for a service, the staff are very polite and friendly. Had to wait with car as they had not got an automatic in. Took nearly 3 hours. They supposed to have given it a clean after but can't tell apart from hoovered.. But not to bad been worse places..

I have just bought a 2017 Dacia Logan Stepway from Holdcroft Dacia Hanley. After my initial telephone enquiry, Zaine put together a fantastic deal that was too good to resist! Collecting my car was a pleasure, with Zaine providing a friendly, courteous and efficient handover. The car is all that I expected, immaculately prepared with 12 months warranty, car mats and tank of petrol included in the deal. If you are looking for a new or quality used Dacia I highly recommend you try Holdcroft Hanley.

Asked Holdcroft to look at a damaged door seal as it had ripped when opening the driver's door. They felt it wasn't a fault so won't replace it. Following another issue when the car was dropped off we complained again and they told us to complain direct to Dacia, who are being a lot more helpful. A bit disappointed in Holdcrofts customer service, especially as I am a repeat customer. The door seal was done for free in the end but why did the engineer say it was our fault.
