The whole process of getting the new car was effortless, made easier as I knew what car i wanted. The salesman was very helpful and honest about the delay with new cars and kept me informed of the progress with regular phone calls. I knew everything that was happening, when the car was in production, when it was completed, when it exited the factory and when it was at the docks in South Korea. I was told when the ship had docked and when my car had finally arrived. The handover was straightforward and my new car was valeted to perfection. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership or Hyundai as a brand, and not forgetting the salesman David.

I ordered my Hyundai Ioniq 5 for Holdcroft Hyundai in November 2021, the ordering process was easy and efficient, as my order was a factory order I was given a lead time of 6 months, which was absolutely fine. Due to the component shortages & COVID remnants the timeframe was extended; Charlotte kept me informed of all the changes and was always willing to talk to me even when there was no news. Once the car was in the country, Charlotte very quickly actioned the buying process, all the finances and registration (including private plate transfer) happened within a week. I was extremely impressed with her & I genuinely felt as though I was looked after from the point of order right through to delivery/handover. I'm so impressed with the quality of service that Charlotte gave me that I will specifically ask for Charlotte again for the purchase of my next car.

Just bought a Hyundai Kona and the experience was great throughout. This showroom is about 30 miles from where I live so I rang before to check the car I wanted was available and it was so I went and test drove the same day. David took care of us throughout the whole process even coming in on his day off so we could pick up at the weekend, you could tell he had previous experience as a manager. Also sorted the finance and I knew it was a good deal as I'd done my research before hand. Me and my partner love our new Hyundai.

Great customer service and great online report provided prior to additional work being done. The online 'check-in' system leaves a lot to be desired. I could not confirm 9:30am drop-off online despite having confirmed this with the garage in advance. A quick phone call put my mind at rest. Over all a very happy customer.

Well what can I say about my experience the wait was longer than originally planned but these things happen especially when you’re waiting for a car as awesome as the i20n but David and Charlotte kept me up to date every step of the way! This is our third Hyundai now and by far the best. I think areas for improvement are our car should have been valeted before we picked it up. There was dust on the plastics around the back seats which was disappointing. Finally I expected the Manager to do a meet and greet thanking us for our business. We have spent 35 Grand after all. Fantastic service from Reece. He was very knowledgeable about the Motability scheme and was able to answer all the questions we had. He always got back to us, even letting us know when a car in a certain colour had arrived, so we could see it in person. However, I have had excellent service from Hyundai over several years and that, coupled with the fact that I had a 10—day money back guarantee if we didn't like the car for any reason, meant this was a near risk-free process. I knew the model of Tucson I wanted and found exactly the spec I wanted at Holdcrift Hanley. Daniel Massey was the salesman who dealt with our purchase. Unlike several other car dealers I had experienced elsewhere by then, he knew the car technical info back to front, wasn't pushy but negotiated transparently and fairly thoughout. I got a good price in part exchange and after a full service on my new car, Hyundai put four new high spec tyres on at their expense as a courtesy measure when only two needed replacing. Daniel also provided me with a near full tank of fuel (without extra charge) during the fuel crisis. Very helpful. When the car arrived, it was in mint condition as Daniel had described. And I mean mint. I expected some signs of wear and tear from a used car but it looks brand new and handles like a dream. The car was delivered to our door and our old car was removed the same day. I recently purchased a new car (i40) from Reece Saunders in September 2020; he offered a very quick, professional, friendly service and was a pleasure to deal with. I made an email enquiry on a used Hyundai i20 on Autotrader. I received a call from Reece (which I missed!) within a short time and after getting back to Reece we got down to my enquiry. I used to be in the trade a long time ago and find it almost impossible to deal with sales staff now as their knowledge seems limited and they treat you as if you know nothing. Reece was completely different, no messing around and just found out what I wanted to know and came back to me with some figures. At this point I would have been happy to commit but my wife was at work and I wanted to show her the car on Autotrader - through no fault of Reece the car then got sold before I got back to him. He ran through the other cars available but the colours weren’t what we’d ideally wanted so I held back. I have had ford cars for many many years and due to a bad ford sales rep i change my mind on the car i was about to buy with ford when my wife persuaded me to look at Hyundai cars at the Hanley show room,i was look at the i30 model when i ask the sales Rep Peter Cornes for some information over the two cars i was interested in,peter could not have been more helpful to me considering it was only 30 minuets before the show room was due to close but peter had all the time in the world answered the questions i had and even went to get me the keys to look inside the cars by now it was near closing time when i asked peter if i could test drive one of the cars again he was very helpful and allowed me to take the care for the test drive at this point i just fell in love with the car and thought this is buy far a better model of car than what i had driven for years, peter stayed over for a further hour to get things sorted out so that i could buy the car,i cannot say enough about the sales rep who to me is how a sales rep should be ,in the back ground when not needed but there if needed this is another reason why i brought the i30 rather than having another ford. i will certainly now only buy cars from this company because their service is second to none, sales staff made me feel as if he was one of my own family.and the car is like a dream. my thanks again for a very pleasurable experience which change my mind to buy the Hyundai. Picked up my brand new tuscan on tuesday absolutly love the car and i can not praise highly enough the whole experience from first entering the hyundaii show room in hanley 3 weeks ago and meeting Carol their moterbility sales executive to driving off their forecourt after being given a very detailed explanation and demonstration of all the gadgets and safety devices my new car comes with. Carol answered all my questions and also answered many that i had not even thought to ask. She then asked me to follow her to the nearest garage where she put £15 of fuel into the car and before leaving she double checked that I was happy with the car, comfortable in my driving position and that i was familular with the cars controls and gadgets. I have given a very deserved 5 stars to Holdcroft Hyundai and if I could, I would give another 5 stars for efficiency and professionalism of Carol Burgess
