Great customer service from Mason at Holcroft Nissan in Hanley. Whole process was easy and fuss free. Reserved car online & made appointment to view this morning. No high pressure selling, Mason took a photocopy of driving licence, and let me take car out for a drive. I liked the car and great offer was made for my part ex. All financial options were explained to me with no pressure to purchase. I was to drive away the same day, in just over two hours from arriving, including test drive, paper work & handover (would of been quicker but was a delay my end in getting settlement figure from previous finance company). Can’t fault Mason & the team at Holcroft, all very friendly and professional. Great car, great price, great service, would definitely recommend.

You pay a bit more using a main dealer so you would think they would look after you, so I sent my daughter with her Micra to Holdcroft Nissan for Service & MOT, They offered to clean the car after for free. All the work was done but when she collected her car some of the decals on the side of her car were missing, the inside passenger door was soaked and the door speaker just buzzed, the speaker is now working since the door has dried out. Customer service called and she told them about the issues which they said they would contact her again after speaking to the dealer, but nothing yet. Photos of before and after Nissan. Nissan have since apologised and rectified all issues. Thankyou Nissan for helping my Daughter

Collected my second Micra from Nissan Hanley on 01.09.2021 and was not disappointed! From the early telephone call in late June/early July, both Sue and Aaron were amazing. I'd had custome wheels added and everyone was super excited once they were fitted. Hi, I recently purchased a Set of Nissan Duke Car Matts for one of our Daughters car, from John Colley, Parts Manager at Holdcroft Nissan. Well he did a great task on the delivery them to us from their Premises in Stoke on Trent. Only 1.5 Days and we had them to our door in Scotland. Perfect Matts and well fitted for the Nissan Duke. He tracked these Matts himself and gave us a great update on the tracking too. Good guy to say the least. Would get more from him in the future if/when required. Thanks John from us.

5/8/21 Visited today to test drive the new Nissan Qashqai 1.3 DiG-T MH 158 Tekna + 5dr Xtronic. We met with Chris Loyton, sales advisor who firstly gave us a good and detailed spec of the car before handing over the keys. The car was a joy to ride, surprisingly as we are used to a manual gearbox, we found it easy. On our return, Chris greeted us and after ensuring it was exactly what we wanted (and needed) we placed an order. I bought a car from Gareth Morris at Holdcroft unseen which was delivered to my home. The purchase process was very simple, and Gareth arranged for the car to be delivered to me over 130 miles away for a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately the car went wrong the day after it was delivered, Gareth was very sympathetic and immediately agreed for it to be taken to a local (to me) garage. The local garage explained that it was something that could not have been foreseen, and just one of those things. Gareth immediately agreed the repair which was paid for by Holdcroft. Hi Everyone. I bought my 4th car from Holdcrofts Nissan yesterday. A shiny new x-trail. Richard Meakin was my salesman. He was brilliant. No haggling, no sales games, told him what I wanted to pay, the car I wanted and he got it for me. He actually came in £20 a month less than I’d said I was willing to spend. I picked my new car up within a week. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. The sales experience is mirrored in the service department. I’ve taken all three of my previous cars here and always had second to none service and experience. My Nissan Leaf got broken twice within the last 2 weeks and has been sent to W R Davies in Stafford unfortunately they didn't find the problem and gave me the back saying there isn't a single fault. At the same time they didn't provide the courtesy car and needed to arrange this myself with RAC Nissan. After my very bad experience with Stafford Nissan my car has been sent to Holdcroft in Stoke. Secondhand Nissan Leaf is great, they fitted new mats, full charge and service with a year manufacturer's warranty to boot. The test drive could only be described as thorough. I said my main concern with secondhand cars was suspension wear, so Wayne took my up all the bumpiest roads to make sure I was satisfied. A quick jump into the New 3rd Gen. Just taken delivery of a Nissan Xtrail and have been highly delighted with the service provided by Wayne and his colleagues at Hanley. I'm a bit of a fan of xtrails, this being the third purchased from Holdcrofts since 2002. I'm hopeful that this will provide as good service as the other two did. There have been so many improvements on the xtrail that in some respects it feels like driving a different car. In other ways the car retains the characteristics which make it attractive for us, with 4 wheel drive for towing and for the bad weather, coupled with comfort and reliability for everyday use. We have always been satisfied when our cars have been serviced at Holdcrofts, but in all these years, we have never had to take advantage of the free roadside assistance gained, which speaks volumes for the xtrail's reliability on the road. The deal we were offered on the new car, coupled with great part exchange values and large deposit contributions and free servicing with Nissan Finance, made the decision to change very easy, despite being quite attached to the old car. We couldn't fault the service provided and would recommend the garage to anyone in the market place for a change of car

Mixed experience...have used Holdcroft Nissan a few years back and the experience was awful, dented the car, misplaced the car as they had it for a week to run about in excessive miles as it had never left leek road for the actual work and handed it back with spray dust all over the interior dash and seats. Moving onto the recent job which was done just out of warranty, all was much much better, the meet and greet, the time frame in getting the job done and the bonus waiver of fees for fitting the small unit to rectify a handbrake fault. Downside this time was an unusual scrtach left on the alloy front wheel...no marks going into the garage but noticed immediately on return. Hard to prove fault being on a wheel but seeing as the garage fee was wavered it seemed like it may be a gesture to fit the issue I would find. In emergencies I would still use again, I use Holdcroft Mitsubishi across the road very regularly on my business truck and have no issues, would have hoped and liked to use Nissan for my private car but fear the damage issues which are minor carelessness will always haunt me when the car is in house. At present the work that the vehicle went in for seems to have been fixed...limited weekend miles only so it may be a few more weeks of driving before the electric fault can be classed as resolved...but I'm hopeful.

Choosing a new car for myself is quite a difficult decision with the amount of miles I do for work and the array of leisure activities I have, and to top it of requiring good mpg. This all told the staff at holdcroft really took the time to understand all the variables and assisted me into a Qashqai ... Never thought I would drive one of these but I have to say that it's absolutely marvelous, getting an average of 58-59mpg plus with a removable towbar for a bike carrier and a set of roof bars has given me all the flexibility to do all the extra activities that I have and kept my payment exactly where I need them.
