Picked up my Kadjar yesterday which I love already. Zaine from the team was amazing, he was knowledgeable and supportive throughout even when we constantly negotiated with him on the price. Not only did he find me my perfect car that I love but he managed to considerably bring the price down. When I picked the car up, it had new mats and was valeted. This is the third Renault I have had from Holdcroft Renault Hanley and each one had the same brilliant service. Very happy with the service I received and would recommend Holdcroft Renault to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really well looked after on the day as we had to come up by train having sold our previous car the day before. Richard picked us up from the station and took us to the dealership. Everything was explained by him and Steve very thoroughly for the GAP insurance and Richard got us all set up to drive home with our new Dacia Duster.

I was booked in for a MOT, I mentioned that I normally have the service but due to being on maternity pay I would have to leave that for a future month once I returned to work.
Darren checked the system and noticed I still had 1 free service left which was the best news on a Friday morning!! He also set me up on a prepayment for next years service and MOT so I don’t have to worry about it next year!!

Picked my brand new Renault Clio up on Wednesday 1st June and I couldn’t be more please! The customer service throughout was exceptional!
This is now my second Clio from Holdcroft in Hanley and the second one where Dean Powell has handled it! When a new car appeared he quickly rung me to ask if I would be interested. I was unhappy with my old Clio (no gadgets) so it was amazing to hear they thought of me for the upgrade. Dean was absolutely amazing throughout both of the purchases always giving me advice and information throughout the whole process.
Amazing customer service from him and everyone else at Holdcroft! He made sure that he got the car registered and cleaned for the date I could pick it up! The best customer service I have received.

We have been to pick up our Ankara this morning the service has been fantastic we have only actually waited just over a week for the car which is unbelievable. We had a really good experience with Holdcroft. Toby was very helpful and I had numerous questions which he answered and responded to even outside of working hours! Toby made us feel at ease and confident we were making the right choice. There were a few things that came to light when we came to get the car a few more scuffs and scratches that we envisioned and some dirt marks in the car so not sure the valet was up to scratch. We then noticed the heated switch button was stuck after driving home but Toby was on it straight away contacting the Renault branch closer to home.
The service from Toby was spot on but the valet needs a bit more work on it

I have dealt with Holdcroft Hanley regularly since around 2005. As usual dealt with Daren Yates to arrange a warranty repair on my car. Nothing is to much trouble, easily reached by contacting service, if he is tied up he always rings back. He will either call back or chat via E mail if more convenient for you.

We called in to Holdcroft’s Hyundai to look at used cars, there was plenty to choose from. We were there about 5 minutes when Cliff came out and asked if we needed any help. the staff were pleasant,approached holdcroft hanley regarding overfilling of oil on its last service?gave my name and number,couldnt get either of them right?i was the one to request my cars next service to resolve the over filling,so i had the A service,asked for a breakdown as to what that included,i was sent a breakdown and couldnt understand the abbreviation of all aspects of work to be done,designed for the service dept to understand not the customer,thought it included oil change,but when i picked the car up,i checked the oil and in my opinion it had not been changed,it was black and smelled like old engine oil,and also was told it was due brake fluid change,so £255.00 later and a whole day later went to pick up the car expected a report regarding the over filling of oil on its last service,when i asked about the issue,(i did not know if there was any possible damage?)it wasnt even mentioned ask if there MASTER TECHNICIAN had mentioned anything the young lady said no,i told the lady that was worrying that the technician had not mentioned the overfilling issue,as if it was nothing,i paid bill and left .

First time in dealing with Holdcroft Renault Hanley Stoke and I cannot fault the service we recieved during the process of exchanging my mobility vehicle for the new Renault Arkana 1.6 hybrid RS line . The whole process was stress free and as soon as you enter the showroom the entire team can't do enough for you in asking if they can help you , to directing you to the correct member of staff you have come to see the communication and advice we recieved in choosing the correct vehicle for my needs as I require a wheelchair and the help my wife got to make sure the wheelchair would fit in the boot was never to much trouble. The car itself the Arkana we are so pleased with it and the colour Velencia Orange with black roof and rear privacy glass certainly makes us stand out from the rest and inside it has all you require and more with its classy styling , it really is a vehicle to consider if you think you are looking to change you're car in the near future . My own personal thanks must go to Dean who deals with motability and he kept me informed of any updates and advised us what vehicle would be best suited to our needs , he is a young man who knows his job and knows how to approach the customers he deals with in the correct manner as to I'm sure so do the rest of the team , Dean is a credit to the Holdcroft Renault Hanley, Stoke group and was a pleasure to deal with . I've had 3 cars from Holdcroft Hanley, recommended two people who both got cars, and family have had a car from there. Sometimes their service department can be a bit touch and go.
However, Zaine sold me a brilliant car and definitely went above and beyond in service. Very happy with the motor, he kept me updated on progress, and ensured I was happy with it before leaving the dealership. Every step of the way has been a good experience with Zaine and I won't hesistate to recommend him to anyone.
My first two cars were sorted with Abdul, and he was also brilliant and went above and beyond.

5 ⭐ If we could we would give to Holdcroft Hanley and especially Zaine 10 ⭐ We've decided to change our car for something smaller and more economical. We went to have a look around Dacia Santeros. But as a girl I've started to rubber necking and Renault Capturs caught my eye. Then a young gentleman Zaine came across and chatted with us about what we're looking for, what kind of car suits our needs. At this point we're just tyre kicking but after 2 days we called him back for a test drive. But Zaine informed us that car we liked was just sold. Undeterred we went straight back to Holdcroft Renault to see what else they had to offer. And after considering our needs Zaine presented us Captur that met all our requirements and expectations. I have been going here for over 3 years and have had 2 amazing cars from here. I have always dealt with Ray who always takes time to listen and understand what I want from a car. I attended a VIP event early on in the year to look into upgrading my car. But unfortunately we both agreed there was nothing that was going to benefit me. However, I randomly received a call out the blue on Wednesday from Ray saying that he has just had a car come in that he knows I will like. I went to view the car that same day. The car was in immaculate condition and had everything that I wanted in a car. Ray remembered from my last visit that I like dark coloured Renault kadjar signatures, with the Bose system, panoramic roof, apple car play and walk away lock. On this occasion Ray had found me a black 18 reg kadjar signature S that was also within my budget. It was also an upgrade from my last model, which also had all the key features I was looking for. Upon pick up (2 days later) the car had been fully cleaned and looked brand new. Not a scratch or mark on it, and the shine was amazing. I cannot recommend Ray enough for his organisation and people skills. Allowing a simple and friendly process. I will be definitely be going back again in the future. As a man not accustomed to leaving reviews, never mind 5 star ones, the service I received from Holdcroft Renault in Stoke-on-Trent, forced me to write this.
Let me tell you some background about my purchase.... I live nowhere near where they are based in Stoke-on-Trent (237 miles away to be exact) , nor had I ever heard of Holdcroft Renault before I purchased a car from them.
I had initially arranged to buy a car from my local Renault dealer, however after what I can only describe as ‘cowboy, back street, dishonest’ practices by my local dealer, when I came to collect the car, I was forced to walk away from the purchase and search on the internet instead to find an alternative car.
This was how I stumbled upon Holdcroft Renault.....I didn’t read their reviews, it was simply because they had a car the make and model of which, I was interested in buying advertised online.
My initial enquiry was by email and the swiftly and helpful reply came from, one of their salespersons called Hamid. I would describe myself as ‘not an easy person to sell too’, and freely admit, I can’t stand ‘pushy, smarmy salesmen’ I was trilled then, to find that Hamid was not one of these, nor did he behave like one at anytime during the whole of my dealings with him.
Initially I bombarded Hamid, with email requests, for MOT and Service history and the car, followed by requesting a specific video of the car to be sent to me, highlight any scratches to the bodywork or ‘kerbing’ to the alloy wheels. The video was duly made and sent and even before I had the chance to say anything Hamid (in the video) pointed out some minor damage to the car and assured me that it would be fixed, before I even set foot on a train to travel to the dealership to view the car.
After discussing with Hamid what I would like done to the car prior to purchase, I received an email from him listing all the points I had asked for, ‘in writing’ as such, with a timescale of when I could expect them to be completed by. Satisfied that I wasn’t dealing with a company that only wanted my money, I arranged a date to travel to Holdcroft Renault on the train, on the understanding that if I was happy with the car, I would purchase it then and there. Hamid informed me that he would collect me from the train station in the car I wanted to buy and that I could take it for a test drive (distance no object) from there. He also informed me that if I didn’t like the car for any reason, that he would drop me back at the train station and happily refund the hundred pound deposit, I had put down to reserve it. On my arrival at the station on the prearranged day, Hamid was waiting for me as promised. The car was immaculate and fuelled and I was please to see that Hamid was as friendly and helpful in person as he had been online and on the phone. On completion of the test drive, I drove to the dealership, where I meet the rest of the staff on duty there, who I found to be equally, friendly and approachable. The car purchase was swift and business like. This was mainly because, I had been informed prior to leaving home, that all the requested work had been completed. What to expect on the day, what I needed to bring and what I needed to pay..... There were no nasty backstreet dodgy carsalesman like practices at work here, something my local dealer could learn a thing or two from.
To sum up.... the whole buying experience with Holdcroft Renault was a breeze, mainly because of their excellent customer service. I would have no problem recommending them to you. I would say ask only for Hamid if you go there, however from what I saw you would get the same excellent service from any of their team....

Extensive modern showroom - glitzy, slick and well laid out, clean and sterile. BUT ...... the glamorous (very) young ladies who staff the service/admin side etc inspire no confidence at all, seemingly mainly concerned with looking important and knowledgeable. They were slightly late to the desk (opening time 8.30am), didn't appear to know that my daughter was dropping off her car for service, but found the booking papers after a bit of a search. She had a 3 year service contract on my recommendation that includes a wash/mini valet. Pathetic! The car wasn't quite ready at near closing time 9 hours later, so we were hanging around on the car park (the young ladies had departed with a certain urgency in their step) when the valeter brought it out half washed and dripping, apologizing for the fact that it had been a very busy day! He then shot off! The Holdcroft Renault franchise should really look at itself in comparison to the Saab/Mitsubishi franchise across the road, which is polite and highly professional - and confidence inspiring - with not a stiletto in sight!

Me and my fiancè were looking to transfer a finance agreement set between us and closer brothers (dodgy company-but thats another story) we dealt with Ray Ashton who was a dab hand at making our transition between finance companies really smooth, he is the most professional person I have ever dealt with in a car dealership and everything was done very smoothly and we got the car that we wanted, himself and Pete went above and beyond to make sure our affordability was met (we are expecting a baby in febuary and our finances will change massivley) we got an amazing deal on a 67 plate renault Kadjar, which was a month old and barely driven, best car that we have ever had! He was very clued up on the professional aspect of dealerships in cars and made sure that we knew what we were doing before signing anything. We are so happy with the and it makes a fantastic family car too. Ray has also gone above and beyond since we took out the finance he has dealt with closer brothers and made sure that they returned a payment to our account that they should not have taken also taking time out of his day to sort out any issues we have had with the car (small issue with the SatNav as it is not north facing-but this was resolved very quickly)

Recently bought a second hand electric car from them having seen it online. They were very helpful and pro-active. They organised a test drive for us at short notice and collected us from the local railway station and took us to the dealership. Other examples were that without being asked Ray contacted the company providing the charging point for me and set the order in motion. He also submitted the Road Tax form for me. I think this dealership is taking electric vehicles such as the Renault Zoe, seriously and seemed determined to give us, as customers, a very positive experience. After we had picked up the car and driven it home 150 miles, Ray called us the following day to make sure we had got home OK and were happy with the car. We were happy. This contrasts with a more local Renault garage who could n't even offer similar second hand cars for us to consider despite been given weeks to line something up. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Holdcroft to others.

My wife has a Kadjar which is 18 months old and we took it to Holdcroft's Renault for a 12k service on Tuesday 23 October. During the service there was a 'Software Update' Holdcroft's had received from Renault which they duly installed.
Collecting the car at 5.00pm, my wife got less than half a mile from the garage when the Kadjar suddenly lost all power and she became stranded. All the technicians had already left and the only option was the Renault RAC Recovery.
However, one of the Holdcroft's Renault Sales team, Ray Ashton, went above and beyond his duties and although not his responsibility, came out to where the car was isolated and stayed over an hour even after the RAC had arrived to ensure all was well.
It is not often people will take their own time out to look after customers this way so 10 out of 10 Ray for being so kind and thoughtful.
I would also add that Darren Yates, the Service Reception Manager was also very sympathetic and although his birthday, he called several times to ensure all was ok but due to celebration commitments that evening could not come out to the car which I know, he would have done had he not had commitments.
Well done Holdcroft's Renault in retrieving the situation caused by a faulty Renault computer update.
