After a non fault bump in Liverpool , my insurance company appointed Holdcroft to assess the damage and carry out the repair to my vehicle, I was road about 5 days fir the work , and it was exactly that , which meant I could plan my working week around it with no disruption. I dealt with Lauren for the most part , who gave a very professional and yet amicable approach to making everything so simple for me . 5 star service and a repair that you could not tell there had been any damage what so ever. A very pleased customer , who will use Holdcroft again should the need arise!

I recently purchased an accident damaged vehicle in what I was led to believe received minor front damage. I took the car to Holdcroft Accident Repair Centre in Hanley for an estimate for the repair to the front Bumper. Unfortunately, after the car was stripped down by the Repair Centre, extensive damage including previous cowboy repairs were revealed. To add to the horrors, there was damage to the chassis frame. Overall, the unorthodox repairs rendered the car simply dangerous! Faced with the devastating news, the managers from Holdcroft gave me an incredibly honest opinion and advised me to get a refund for the mis-sold vehicle even though I was swaying more towards potentially repairing it. This to me showed what an undeniably genuine company this was. Holdcroft provided a comprehensive report on the damage to vehicle which I used to pursue a refund. The communication, compassion and professionalism I received during the whole episode was none other than outstanding! Thank you for your kindness and I am truly appreciative for all that you have done during this ordeal. You are a true credit to the motor industry. What an incredible team!

Superb service from start to finish . After someone had dented a door on our Outlander that we had only had a matter of weeks , Holdcroft Body Centre did a superb job on fixing it . From the customer service , through to the technicians everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently.

Connor & Jade, are amazing, so helpful with any request, there customer service is second to none. When I had the accident, I called them with immediate effect. They couldnt do enough, for me, they sent a tow truck within and hour, and I got a replacement vehicle within 12 hours. They kept me in the loop at all times, whilst my car was in repair. The Holdcroft Team have done a great job. Despite the process taking a long time, due in part to parts availability from suppliers and Insurance Approval processes, the car was completed to a high standard. The paint match is perfect, panel gaps are spot on, and the mangled suspension and arms / strutts were replaced and setup to a high alignment standard. The end product was extremely professional. Would recommend.

I couldn't recommend Holdcroft enough! Someone else's car rolled into mine on the car park at work and caused quite severe damage. Holdcroft came and picked it up for me and took it back to their garage where they went back and forth with the other persons insurance to get it fixed. I had a phone call from the other persons insurance to say my car will be written off! I was gutted so called Holdcroft, they got on it straight away and managed to get my car repaired! The repair was done in an acceptable amount of time to a fantastic standard. They also did a few repairs on my business van when it failed MOT. again the repair was done efficiently and to a high standard and my van was back on the road delivering flowers once again! I can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holdcroft.

I had my car repaired with Holdcroft following an accident that had left it undriveable. Holdcrofts dropped a courtesy car off at the same time as recovering mine. Jade was my main contact during the repair process. She was approachable, knowledgeable, replied to my calls/emails promptly and was professional at all times. Jade and Tony liaised with my insurance company over a certain matter and took a lot of the worry off me. The courtesy car was better than expected and my own car was returned to me in a great condition. Definitely recommended. Thankyou to all the Holdcroft team.
