Chris, Danny and the team couldnt have made my experience of purchasing my first personally owned car for some time any better. Ok, I don’t usually go in for leaving public reviews but I have to say what a hassle free experience I’ve had dealing with Chris and Danny. Having dealt with Chris more so, I found him to be straight talking, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to a couple of issues I had about the car I was interested in. The communication was spot on from first seeing the car advertised through to purchasing it. The whole process couldn’t of gone any better. Thanks guys.

Chris and his team are 1st class . My Husband treated me to an A3 convertible in February 2018 and when we picked up the car it was valeted and ready to go. Unfortunately, after a short distance the car warning lights came on, so we called Chris who told us to come back, they put it on their diagnostics system and got the lights cleared off. Sadly on the way home the warning lights came back on so we called Chris again and they arranged to pick up the car from my home. After having the car looked at by an Audi specialist they found the fault and got it fixed at the cost of £1200 which was fully covered by the warranty. We understand that cars go wrong and the fact that the service received was faultless, there were no excuses or avoiding us regarding the issue instead we had their full attention to get the car sorted as soon as possible. I would happily buy from here again and recommend King Street Motors to my friends, family & other potential customers as the true test of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong at which they truly excelled.

Would like to say a huge thank you to the staff who assisted my daughter to find her first car. They were friendly,welcoming and very helpful, the process was quick and easy. She is now the owner of a beautiful punto pop 1.2L ,they had it cleaned spotless inside and out on collection. I highly recommend people to go along and take a look the guys who work there are lovely. xx

I've searched and searched for a new car for weeks and months and couldn't find anything that ticked the boxes I wanted, either that or they were rubbish.... after a long drive we stumbled upon king street motors and set around looking at the cars. Even though I was very picky but still didn't know what I wanted the salesman and manager left me and my partner to browse with no pushy sales tactics, gave us the keys to any car we wanted to see and even let us have a decent test drive of my car... they stacked up my finance and were extremely flexible with anything I asked.... less than 24 hours after I picked up my beautiful Jaguar XF and arranged with them for an MO? I have had the car now 3 weeks and cannot fault king street motors, pleasure to deal with and speak over the phone with and will definitely be returning. I am a self employed valeter and cannot even fault how clean the car was when I picked it up, I recommend king street to all of my customers who cannot believe what a good deal I got on my jaguar. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning, don't miss these guys out !!

Top class service from a bunch of knowledgeable and genuine people. They suggested i go for a cheaper car because it was more sutable to my needs (lots off dogs lol). I picked the car up last week and i could not be more satisfied with the car or the service i have received. I saw Rick(the salesman) in the pub the other night and he came straight over to me and asked about the car which i thopught was nice,little did i know that he was also a dog lover. All in all its a great company with great people. Not only have i got a great care i have also got a new Friend and i think that is the best way to do business.
