I don’t post many reviews and if I do it is because I have been really impressed by a company that has gone the extra mile . Initially , I went to MSC with a friend who was looking to buy a car - yes, he bought it and was delighted with it. I was chatting to Mike and asked him if he would be interested in selling a car for me on a sale or return basis . We agreed terms and I delivered the car to Mike the following day . It was advertised on autotrader later that day and sold within approx. 6 weeks. Mike kept I touch with me throughout and on the day of sale transferred the net proceeds to me.it saved me a load of potential hassle selling it privately and having to deal with enquiries snd tyre kickers ! Very honest and straightforward set up snd Mike was a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased a car from Mike today and im more than happy with the service received from start to finish. Everything i was unsure about he sorted for me no bother, he was polite and very welcoming throughout the whole process. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a car again.

can't praise msc enough brought my car from them a month ago no hard sale or hassle whilst looking around, happy to help when I asked for help,all lead to a easy stress free sale,a month since having my car I had a problem I rang msc who sent their mechanic to my home the same night he saw the problem my fan belt had gone the mechanic came and picked my car up the next morning and returned it as good as new the same day can't praise this garage enough absolutely brilliant before and after sales 😀 one very happy customer

Had a look at the car's with no pressurised salesman following you around, when we made our minds up which cars we wanted to have a better look at we were given all the details and information. Steve salesman was very friendly and helpful, offered a very fair part exchange. Offered cakes and canned drinks while sorting out paperwork. No pressure sales, opened the car and left you to look around but was nearby to answer any quesrions. Service and 12 months MOT included and 3 months warranty no extra charge. We drove from Leeds after seeing a car advertised on Auto Trader. We can’t speak highly enough of the great experience we had with Mike and MSC motors who went the extra mile. Extremely helpful and relaxed buying experience with great communication throughout. Car was provided with full MOT & other small technical issues resolved without quibble. Having seen a car from MSC Motors on Autotrader, I enquired through the Autotrader website. I was quickly called to settle all my queries. I had contacted MSC Motors again to view the vehicle a day later, which I was told it would not be an issue. Upon traveling over an hour to view this vehicle, Mike had given us the keys to inspect. We asked Mike if we could take it for a test dive which was no problem. Returning to MSC Motors, we had decided to purchase the vehicle with delivery. As we were within range, there would be no charge for delivery! Mike was very flexible with payment, either all then, deposit and then remainder on delivery, with Mike letting us choose our preferred method. I was then asked if I wanted 1 years warranty. After all purchase were made, Mike offered us a drink for the ride home. At no point during any of my time dealing with MSC Motors did I feel pushed into any sales. I would recommend MSC Motors to all.

Really great experience of MSC motors, highly recommended this new business. Originally saw a different car advertised on Auto Trader, unfortunately that one had sold. Mike went the extra mile to supply another car of a similar type which suited my requirements. Extremely helpful in arranging a convenient viewing, and great communication throughout. Car was provided with full MOT, advisories were even resolved and seats cleaned which was an added bonus! I can not recommend Mike and MSC motors highly enough, will definitely visit next time I need a car.

We saw this vehicle a Citroen Picasso for sale a few days ago and asked for it to be kept by so that we could come at the weekend to buy it .Mike didn't even request a deposit and I thought how nice of him to trust us to turn up .Which we did !
