Had a great customer experience at Pink stones Toyota Stoke on Trent and bought a Corolla GR Sport 1.8 hybrid bi tone pearlescant white and black. Dealt with Samuel Harris who made the buying experience over the phone and by email a seamless process. Gave me a great trade in price on my car and was more than happy with the price of the corolla which was competitively priced. Would definitely recommend the dealership. Once in the dealership for hand over it took no more than half an hour and was driving my new motor home. Just wish all buying experiences were like this.

The commercial vehicle (fleet sales) are brilliant. I've bought 3 vehicles through Richard Harris and Chantelle Williamson they are very efficient and helpful making the purchase quick and simple. Quotes are given quickly and you can get in contact with them easily. In the past I've tried to buy vehicles from another dealership and you had to go through a call center each time. So you were waiting on a call back and the quotes you asked for would never showed up. Refreshing to actually have a team that want to help you buy a vehicle. Most places make it hard work!

Recently bought my second new car from pinkstones and both times the service has be excellent! In 2015 I bought a new Aygo and I loved it,I had that amazing car for 7 years and it gave me 7 years of trouble free motoring. I used pinkstones for my servicing and MOTs for my Aygo. The service I received there is fantastic and when the new Aygo X came out this year I just had to go and try it, that model finally made me decide to trade in my trusty 7 year old Aygo and I've recently picked up my brand new Aygo X and recived wonderful customer service whilst trading in my old one too. I honestly can't recommend pinkstones and Toyota enough. Fantastic customer service and awesome cars! Thank you!

Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of the range of cars. On a recent visit I can say that the service received was the most impressive I have experienced from any company. As soon as I arrived at the site I was greeted by friendly staff who listened to my problem, the issue was reviewed and an outcome sorted very quickly. A courtesy car was supplied, the item ordered and fitting when stated and the car returned clean and tidy. Service like this will ensure my future business and high recommendation to all. 2 years on and I exchanged my car via Pinkstones Toyota. The service was again first class. Nothing was too much trouble without being pushy. Can not say how good it is to deal with a garage with no overselling car sales people. Just staff who want to help you get what you need in an honest way.

We have purchased five vehicles from Pinkstones Toyota since 2012 and have never been let down once. We have always been greeted politely and professionally by the sales and service teams. We have never found the sales team to be pushy in any way, and they have done their best to advise us based on our requirements and offer a fair price. Likewise, the service team has always ensured the health of our vehicles with care and attention, again at a fair price. Perhaps other places might be able to offer servicing at lower prices, but we have felt confident that you ‘get what you pay for’ by sticking with the dealership and would definitely recommend. Our experience for purchases made in September 2019 and July 2020, by Scott and Sam respectively in sales, has been excellent and we wish to sincerely thank them (and Peter, Sales Manager) for their helpfulness and professionalism. Overall, we would recommend Pinkstones Toyota without hesitation. Also worth mentioning, given the Covid-19 situation and social distancing requirements, is that Pinkstones Toyota has taken this extremely seriously. Upon collection of our car in July 2020, the excellent level of hygiene and provision of safety measures was absolutely clear. Thank you, Pinkstones Toyota.

Today 27-8-2020 I went to Pinkstones Toyota to view a Corolla Hybrid vehicle. As my wife is a wheelchair user I needed boot space to facilitate our ability to stay mobile. I was welcomed at the Stoke garage and introduced to Paul Bolton to answer my questions and provide me with detailed information about the vehicle. Paul helped me to try the wheelchair in the boot of a Corolla and show me around the vehicle giving me all the time I needed to see and understand what the car offered. Paul was very clear in explaining technical details and the cars abilities. When I had finished looking at the car Paul help me put the chair back into my cars boot. This small thing made me feel very important and that the company cared about people. The car fitted my requirements and Paul did an excellent job of selling me the car. I felt all the time that I was receiving clear and genuine information not being rushed or pushed to a decision that in time I would possibly regret. At all times I felt a wanted and respected customer. I feel that I was given a good deal without having to go on blended knee. Paul an excellent salesperson, understanding & caring. On arrival all Covid restrictions were in force, but was nicely shown to a seated area and offered a hot drink. I explained the situation that my friend was in, regarding changing their car, and that if the deal was sorted we would both be purchasing. Had a test drive of the new Corolla today. The salesman was excellent - explained all the features of the car and took us for a reasonable test run - our first time driving a hybrid. We were impressed with the cars design and economy and Toyota's 0% finance option. The show room was immaculate (although personally, we found the cardboard cut outs of film characters for the VIP event a bit tacky!) and all the staff were very helpful and courteous. If you are thinking of buying a new Toyota, I would definitely try the Pinkstone experience (and ask for Graham!).

Mixed review on the one ha d very gelpful. But in the other we have noticed scratches on the car that we have not done nor were they reported to is. Additionally we were told the mot, had nine months but actually had one month. This being said you get coffee for free and the sellers are pretty frank and dont try to pull fast ones.
