After searching for some time for a new car I found a Jeep Compass online with Stoneacre. I made a call and was put through to Andy who was very helpful and guided me through the reservation process until I could come and test drive the car. I went to the site the following day & I was greeted by Andy who was very helpful. He showed me the vehicle and I was able to test drive. I was helped through finance options and part exchanging my own car. The process was very straightforward and I was supported throughout. I came to collect my vehicle two days later after a full valet service. I was assisted with all tax and car details when I collected the car. Very good experience throughout, Helpful in all aspects and very pleased with my car!

Purchased an Audi Q3 recently with Stoneacre Stoke. Russ Todd was really helpful throughout the process. We visited the site on Saturday to undertake a test drive on a car we had seen on the website. Car appeared well kept and maintained. We were able to test drive straight away and the Manager came over to introduce himself and made helpful suggestions about taking the car home to check on drive etc. Russ was really informative and gave us all the information we needed about finance deals. We were offered a great price for px. Also given a good service and warranty offer which we took up. Left a deposit and Russ called on the Sunday to confirm car would be MOT”d on the Monday and that we could collect straight after. Handover went really smoothly, all tax etc dealt with and thorough process followed, mainly done online with little paperwork but receiving documents we needed digitally. When picked the car up was all clean and fabulous. Really pleased so far with product, customer service and experience.

We were looking for a used Peugeot 3008 and visited a number of retailers. By far the best presented stock, premises and people were to be found at Stoneacre Stoke on Trent. We had made an arrangement with Simon to view prior to my visit and the vehicle was presented to me in pristine condition throughout. Simon was great. Michael was fantastic for us throughout the purchase of our Audi Q3. The car needed a mechanical repair and a slight cosmetic repair to which took around a week to complete but we were kept up to date on the process the whole way through. I have even spoken to Michael after collecting my car and he has helped me a great deal which goes to show the staff here aren’t just after a sale then onto the next customer they really do go the whole 9 yards! I recently purchased a Peugeot 2008 from the Stoneacre Stoke branch. My wife and my self were both greeted and offered drinks by Mathew White, as they were very busy at the time the branch manager Mr Andrew Bell showed us around the car that we were interested in and sorted out a test drive for us and then explained the various options available to us. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything and everything was handled very professionally. The car we chose had very low mileage and was in very good condition with a couple of very minor blemishes which Andrew said he would get sorted out for us and after some time a deal was agreed. Mathew White dealt with the paperwork for us and was again very friendly and professional. I called in again a few days later to ask some questions and to change some details and was dealt with by Mathew Chwaites who again was very helpful and sorted out things for me straight away. On Picking up our new car we were dealt with by Mathew White who explained and demonstrated how to use all the features of the car to me and set them up for me nothing was to much trouble. From start to finish it was a good experience to deal with all of the people I have mentioned the made us feel valued customers and I would recommend this Dealership.

Hello everybody. I brought a beautiful car from Stoneacre Stoke on Wednesday. I am so happy with it. It was like she was meant for me. She had only been in the showroom for 2 hours and one of them she was having a mot. She was so new she didn't even have a price on yet. The team were amazing. Between us we have had 5 cars from them now. I tell everybody to go there if they want a decent car because they are all well taken care of and i didnt have any problems for the three years I had my old car. Shane Adam and Dave were great. My car went to stoneacre for repair after an accident. I was not familiar with the garage but I have been very impressed with the service I received throughout. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair, even when they were struggling to get a particular part, they regularly phoned me to give me details of the delay. The loan car was great, a Suzuki Swift, a make I had never used before, but now it is the car I will be replacing my original car with next spring.
