May22. Went again to look for a van. Customer service is spot on. Vans are well maintained and in good condition. Definitely recommend despite not buying one this time. Quality vans and helpful staff. Can't fault anything about the place other than the Vans are tightly packed together. But that's because they have such a large number and selection to choose from. Staff couldn't do enough for us and gave us a full rundown of everything historical with the van we looked at. Thanks guys. Sorry no sale this time.

Saw the van listed on Autotrader originally. Went to their website and found it impressive and they put lots of photos. Rang ahead as I live in Solihull and they are near the Stoke football ground. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly team and they had the keys ready for both vans I had expressed an interest in. Was given the keys to the van I favoured and allowed to take it an an ACTUAL test drive as opposed to a small pre-set route. After a few questions and I was more than happy to purchase the vehicle. Recently went along to Van National after seeing these guy's on eBay. I recently purchased a Toyota Proace from van national and can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a van. I am admittedly very fussy with my vehicles after looking at the high quality pictures online and paying deposit I travelled from the north east to collect, the van was immaculately presented as shown in pictures. I was a little apprehensive about travelling so far but Bartek was brilliant to deal with and honestly described the van so there was no surprises when I collected it. The Minibus was inspected by an independent mechanic and a couple of apparent issues were resolved by Van National. Damage was found to the roof which was sorted out by their body shop to a good standard. All in all a good experience.

I've waited for two months since buying my Toyota Hilux so I could give a more considered review. The viewing and subsequent purchase were faultless and pleasurable thanks to Phil's relaxed no pressure style. The van was so clean you'd have thought it was brand new! My use of a pickup is as a base vehicle for a demountable campervan and it has proved to be excellent for that role, taking the constant weight well on the suspension we have now done 2000 faultless miles. I did have concerns that the displayed mileage on the clock was too low for the year but so far there have not been any issues and I can thoroughly recommend this company. They gave us a fair trade in price on our old van as well.
