A. K.As usual everything went smoothly with the service and mot of my Venga. The staff pleasant as always but I must mention Sara Walker in particular. Sara has a lovely personality and although busy she was friendly and made sure I was kept up to date with the service and two small replacements that were needed and that the work would be carried out before I collected my car. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt I had known Sara for years. I hope staff are notified when they have a good review. People are quick to complain but not too praise.
