C. R.Left this place feeling like I'd dodged a bullet. The process is very easy and the man who served us was nice, but there was something off. I'd been quoted £5400, which is a bit below what I'm looking for but I went for the convenience and am keeping my options open at the moment. Salesman was very complimentary and confirmed that car was in good nick - full service history and just been serviced, low mileage, clean, one owner.. basically all positives! Then £500 odd was taken off for what was described as two minute scratches you could barely see, but don't worry! They added £100 odd back taking me just above £5000 - which was clearly done with purpose (£5K looks better than £4K afterall). Realised a waste of time so left and then received an email saying would I consider booking another appointment. Valued my car again out of curiosity and was £5600. Playing funny! I know what my car is worth and the work that's gone into it and so did the salesman. I don't blame him at all, he was pleasant enough, but the practices used by WBAC I feel are dishonest
