Unfortunately, my initial contact then had a couple of days annual leave and I was left wondering what was happening to the new car I had now paid a deposit on. Allen Ford went into radio silence and it was frustrating sending e-mails to a mail box with no out of office on.
They did redeem themselves at collection and hand over was a quick and painless experience, thank you David for recovering my propensity to buying from you again.
Overall, a good experience, they just need to tighten up on post purchase communication, at all levels and remembering that the customer experience is what will make or break their business. David recovered your 4th star Allen Ford and he worked very hard to do so. Otherwise, you would have been sitting on 3 star, possibly a 2 star review. Well done and thank you David.
