I purchased a car with Apex Cars Direct and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. On my first visit I was able to look around the car and take it for a test drive by myself without any pressure, it was great. They told me that they were replacing the clutch as it had an intermittent fault which I had not noticed on the test drive. They could have easily hidden this issue as I'm sure many other garages would have done, but they didn't and this made my mind up to buy the car. A couple of other minor issues were highlighted by me and these were fixed along with the new clutch and I picked up the car the following weekend. Everything from start to finish with Apex Direct Cars was excellent, Nathan my main contact is a great guy and the rest of the team is as well. I would highly recommend them based on my experience, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolute first class service and quality from Apex Cars. I bought my car last year and had a couple of warranty items arise within the very generous 6 month warranty period. They sorted out issues efficiently and at great cost to themselves and I cannot fault the kind and friendly communications with all the staff. Thank you for such a good and reassuring experience!

A totally different experience, if purchasing a High End Car. I have bought many high end cars for my personal use over many years, but never experienced a service like this. This is my first experience with Apex Cars Direct. Upon arrival at the office, very smart, my friend & I were greeted by Nathan, smartly dressed & very welcoming. A little dry after our journey, Nathan, proceeded to make us coffee, nice machine, nice coffee. After inspecting the paperwork for the Bentley, we were introduced to the showroom, wow, what a sight, very smart, very clean, polished floors, full of high end cars, you get the idea! The Bentley had been previously moved to the centre of the floor so we could carry out a full inspection. Nathan was on hand to answer questions & assist with any uncertainties we had. Nathan returned to the office leaving us plenty of private time with the car, no pressure. Upon Nathen's return we were offered a test drive, on our own, how good is that. We had a nice drive out & I fell in love with the car. Upon our return, I put a deposit down & the car was held for me for 3 weeks, I had no space in my garage, I needed to move a car or 2. Before the Bentley was delivered to me it underwent a full Pre Delivery Inspection at their workshop. Apex Cars Direct is a Specialist High End Dealership, at the top of their game, second to none. You will not be disappointed with their unrivalled professional approach. I am now the very proud owner of a Bentley Continental GT. JUST EXCELLENT I would like to say a huge thank you to Apex Cars Direct. The car I bought was an Aston Martin DB9 Volante. From the first contact with David to the result in his delivering the car personally, the experience was superb. I spoke also on occasions with James and Nathan, also so knowledgeable and courteous. The car was beautifully prepared and presented. All I could have wished for and more. The car is absolutely as described, a beautiful example. The level of care and attention to have the car ready for delivery was nothing short of perfect. My advice to anyone who sees a car at Apex advertised on any of the platforms, call the team and you will be assured of truly excellent service. I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to as Apex are utterly brilliant. We bought a car from Dave and Nathan a few weeks ago on a recommendation from another friend who raved about them. From the moment we met them they were kind and non pressured. The car was a great price. They arranged finance for me which wasn't easy. All in all Apex are fab and not like normal car dealers, they are good guys.

Not enough really, 1st Class service from David Beesley in buying an all time favourite of mine, a stunning example of a Mercedes CLS350, low mileage & in the best colour, Palladium Silver, that was beautifully presented both on the website & when I arrived for test drive & take away, David made everything possible & in the quickest time frame ever including new MOT whilst on route to Swindon, I may not have bought the most expensive car available, but the service provided suggested that whatever your budget is, your custom & satisfaction was the ultimate goal for David & Apex Cars Direct.
