D. P.Had a full service and some bits and bobs undertaken on a clubman at DL Mini Swindon on behalf of my mother. The work was completed promptly, communication was good and prices were in line with expectations. I dealt with Joe Hince and subsequently the manager Ashley Chapman, both of whom were very nice guys.
I felt compelled to leave this review due to the dealerships way of dealing with a couple of issues that cropped up. After disclosing these issues to Joe post service, he passed on my grievances to Ashley, who has done everything in his power to ensure resolution. He has communicated with me very well and checked and double checked that I am happy with the outcome. This dealership takes its customer service responsibilities very seriously, it's a breath of fresh air.
All said, after this experience it is unlikely that I will ever take this MINI and/or subsequent MINIs I may own to independent or highstreet autoshops (halfords etc), because the level of aftercare and kindness toward the customer at this dealership has left a lasting impact. I will 110% be bringing my mothers car back to this dealership even though there are much closer options.

R. L.Just picked up my new mini, loved unveiling it, super happy. Lovely staff and great service.
We had our old mini serviced and MOT a month before and we received a great service then too. The mini would have failed the MOT so they replaced the part and rather than us having to wait even longer while this was done they gave us a hire car, so we could go home and pick the car up the next day. Very efficiant and thoughtful.

My 5 item wishlist met, my daughters colour choice organised and then Molly shaped the car, cover etc into a gem of a car. Professional, efficient and friendly service brought together with a Fab car which already has us smiling.
The whole team has been wonderful to deal with right from 'front of house' to finance to all those we saw in branch.
Refreshing change from some dealerships, this team understands the importance of being approachable to all who go in regardless of age / gender etc
Would def recommend a visit > even if you are not sure on which car you want, go in have a chat and try one out they are brilliant
