I took the appointment because they always give it a nice clean up too. On collection I was gifted a lovely bottle of champagne. The staff are always polite, always offer me a desk to work at or a car to use at my disposal.

Normally it can be a stressful time buying a new car but Edward made this experience a dream. His approach to making you feel like you’re his only customer made you relax and enjoy plus getting excited about buying a new car. All the information was given in detail regarding the whole purchase nothing was missed so you left leaving not only with a gleaming new car but fully satisfied with the deal he delivered. The showroom itself was spotless and welcoming. Edward will deliver on his promises and I have no doubt if any issues arise then the aftercare will be as great as the whole purchase. Considering the distance we had to travel our trust in Eddie was rewarded with impeccable service not only in the preparation of the vehicle but the administration involved.

N. F.A brilliant experience as always. Paul Simpson was great from start to finish when buying a new car, kept me in the loop all the way through the process and saved me some money as well. He listened to what I wanted and made some good recommendations in terms of what not to have as well as the things I did want. The car is great - lovely to drive, comfortable and usual VW quality. At no point did I feel pressured into anything and came out with the exact car I'd been looking at online!
