Myself and my fiancé have now bought 5 cars from Jack over the past 4 years and everytime he has provided exceptional customer service and gone above and beyond with everything. I recently purchased Fiat 500E , and it was an adjustment going from my Abarth to this , but Jack explained to me in depth how everything worked and answered any questions that I had. He is never pushy , and always listens to the customer. I had come in at the end of 2021 but at the time it wasn't affordable and then when I came back in Jack went through everything again in lots of detail. I cannot recommend Jack enough! Thanks for all your help the last 4 years and I'm sure we'll be back purchasing another car in a few years 😉

Johnsons Swindon has gone above and beyond helping with my car. I bought second hand from them and experienced a couple of problems that they didn’t hesitate to correct. The customer service has been more than outstanding and can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. Jack Rawlings at Johnsons Fiat Swindon has the patience of a saint. My initial enquiry was met with a speedy response and I received a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I had even finished work the same day. Due to always being at work, getting back to him and responding on my end was slower than what he is probably used to. Me being me, the annoying person I am, requested a few things. This was once again met with a speedy response and professionalism. Before making the purchase I attended the branch, went for a test drive and felt comfortable knowing I was dealing with a good person at a great company. Management seemed nice too - I had some engagement with them also. I've had the vehicle for just over a month now and it's been a pleasure to drive. I bought a little Fiat 500X for my daughter as she needed a bigger car to get a child seat and buggy in. Previously she had a Fiat 500 3 door and the hassle of getting my grandson in and out was a pain.

Really great customer service. Had a problem with our seven year old Alfa Romeo. It involved an update to the radio. They had prepared the update before we arrived and charged us only the actual time to do the work on the car. They then washed the car before returning it to us. As a family we have purchased quite a few cars from Johnson’s over the years and we are extremely impressed with the level of service that we receive which is consistently outstanding from all departments. We have just purchased a new Fiat 500 Dolcevita and from the moment we were invited into look at options to swap our nearly 4 year old 500s model we were looked after impeccably by Jack Rawlings. Salesmanship and communication is good and when I had my Fiat, they were very good with looking after me in that regard. So when I had my Fiat, my experience with them was very good. I dealt with Kevin Harvey who sadly no longer works at the dealership.
However, I no longer have a Fiat or any model of car that happens to be sold by the Johnson's group.
So even after telling them multiple times that I no longer own the vehicle nor do I want to use Johnson's for servicing (I use a German and Italian specialist), they still contact me. The lady on the phone doesn't seem interested when I ask not to be contacted again.
I have asked many times to be taken off the system and to not be contacted in regards to 1, a vehicle I no longer own and 2, servicing as I have a regular mechanic as stated earlier.
EDIT: Thank you for finally taking me off the system, it's a shame that it took leaving a review to finally achieve that however after asking more than 7 times.

Purchased a fiat 500 from here a few weeks ago. Jack got in touch with me really quickly after I sent an email asking for more details. I am quite some distance away and so I needed the car to be delivered. It was all sorted with such ease. The turn around was so quick. I was a little delayed getting some paperwork back to them and they still got the car to me for the day they had first said they would. The level of service I received was outstanding, from choosing my new Abarth right through to collecting it. Not once did I feel pressured. Another great experience at Johnson's! Previously bought my first Abarth in June 2018 and then came back in for the VIP event and upgraded to a newer Abarth model and so happy with it. It was nice to come back and see Jack and actually have a dealership remember you from before. He was nothing but professional and extremely helpful and kept in contact with me the whole time from buying the car to then collection the following week. Having had fairly bad experiences with other Fiat dealers and service centres I was pleased to find the team here to be helpful and efficient. The showroom seemed clean and hygienic with sanitizer stations dotted about. I opted to wait for my car to be serviced and got use of the free and fast wifi. With the demise of the main Fiat Dealer in Bristol, Johnson's were overly efficient in helping with a fairly significant warranty claim on a Motorhome. From the point of the first telephone call, the parts were ordered, contacted upon arrival, booked in within 3 days, collected the following. Needing a quick replacement for a previous 15-year old Panda, visited the Swindon showroom unannounced on a Sunday. Discussions with Alan Cleary sorted out our options and after getting an idea of delivery times we placed an order 3 days later. Further interactions then with Jack Rawlings went fine, all transactions being carried out electronically. Agreement to a request for Johnson's to deliver the vehicle (30 miles away) was much welcome as it meant we could avoid public transport at this difficult time.

In January 2019, I purchased a low mileage Fiat 500c from Johnsons Swindon for my wife. Immediately following the purchase, I noticed the rear demister in the car was faulty, only partially clearing the rear screen.
Once Johnsons Swindon were made aware of the issue, they delivered a professional and efficient service, by; collecting the vehicle from our home (approximately 100 miles from Swindon), and providing us with a courtesy car whilst the fault was repaired under warranty. In order to repair the faulty rear demister, Johnsons Swindon replaced the roof without any quibbles.
Our contact at Johnsons Swindon, Paul Doick, was extremely helpful and personable, and is a true credit to the Johnsons group.
My wife and I will definitely being going back to Johnsons Swindon for our next vehicle, and would highly recommend the services of Paul Doick.
