My partner and I bought an F12 from Richard last week and the whole experience was wonderful!! The showroom is smart and all the staff welcoming. Richard is very knowledgeable professional and helpful, answering questions and making suggestions without ever being pushy. Thank you so much and I am absolutely sure we will be back!! I have been fortunate enough to own four Ferraris in recent years, three of them purchased from Dick Lovett. The levels of service from this dealer are exceptional compared to a rather poor experience I had at Meridian Modena. The showroom is lovely, the staff are great and nothing is to much trouble. I really enjoyed dealing with Tom Gould, I could not be happier with the sales and after sales service from Dick Lovett. If you wan't a Ferrari in my opinion this is the best dealer in the UK.

Fantastic service today from Dick Lovett, with special mention to David Baker. I called in today with a problem with my Maserati, despite not having an appointment David managed to fit us into the workshop and the mechanic quickly identified and solved the problem. We were made to feel really welcome while we waited, the showroom has an amazing range of cars. It is the staff that make all the difference to a company and David and his team have gained you a new customer.

I recently booked my California for a new Power Warranty. The pre-check came back with some items that needed rectifying and addressing. This place is appointment only, but they very kindly let us in to have a look at the lovely cars, as we were only in the area one night & my husband was drooling as he has seen this showroom online but never thought he would get to see the cars in the flesh.

My experience has been first class to the extent that i am writing a review, even prior to taking delivery, I spent 12 years running prestige dealerships for a competitor company and happened upon Dick lovett's due to a particular car they had, Having been let down by Gray Paul my ferrari journey had been poor before it started, However the customer service, the clear and professional approach, and respect with which i have been treated has made this a very pleasant ( and resurrected ) experience. The cars can have their issues, and quirks which no dealers can really do much about, but the service and atmosphere is down to them, which in the case of swindon is top draw at every stage, A Mr Brown has written a review here suggesting he has had a poor experience, if so then things are certainly very different in my experience and i would recommend only one ferrari agent in the UK, They are inconveniently located for me and worth every mile i travel out of my way, Thankyou and well done , looking forward to now trying the product !!

As a guy who’s bought quite a few cars from the main dealers I’m familiar with the way they work. This was not them, this is much more in the best way possible. I have to explain this was my first Ferrari so impressions count, they did not miss the mark and couldn’t have been friendly enough. I had the lovely pleasure of meeting with Richard the sales guy dealing with my wife and I, the guy has simply been fantastic, easy to deal with a pleasure to talk to. Truly fantastic. Honestly can not recommend this company enough, we have brought some vehicles over the years and never received such amazing service from start to finish. Richard has been absolutely fantastic from the initial enquiry to driving away on the day and not to mention the lovely gift set he gave me for my daughter who couldn’t make it on the day. (Translated) Simply AMAZING. I have never seen so many classics gathered in one place. Cars worth a total of tens of millions of pounds. Both modern Ferraris and Maserati as well as perfectly restored classics from the 70s, 60s and even the 50s are impressive. You can touch them all, take a picture or even sit behind the wheel. Old classic Fords, Lamborghini, mentioned Ferrari, Maserati or McLaren; all cannot be replaced. Standing among them, the Bentley looks like a poor piece of granite among diamonds. It's worth a visit even if you're just passing through. (Original) Po prostu NIESAMOWITE. Nigdy nie widziałem tylu klasyków zgromadzonych w jednym miejscu. Auta warte łącznie kilkadziesiąt milionów funtów. Wrażenie robią zarówno nowoczesne Ferrari czy Maserati jak i doskonale odrestaurowane klasyki z lat 70tych, 60tych a nawet 50tych. Wszystkich można dotknąć, zrobić zdjęcie czy nawet usiąść za kierownicą. Stare klasyczne Fordy, Lamborghini, wspomniane Ferrari, Maserati czy McLaren; wszystkich nie da się wymienić. Stojący wśród nich Bentley wygląda jak marny kawałek granitu wśród brylantów. Warto zajrzeć nawet będąc tylko przejazdem.
