Swindon car buyers started with a genuine offer and when they bought it they found one scratch which they knew about but it was deeper than I thought so a small reduction was give. When I decided to sell car online, I went to check number of ways like Carwow, Motorway, webuyanycar and what not. One thing I realised is that everyone is a bit of fraud. They just want to haggle in the end and insanely reduce the car price. That was very frustrating when its your family car. So when I started talking to Tom from Swindon Car Buyer, I felt much better from start. They were polite and honest in their approach. We had very pleasant conversation, I shared my expected price and photos of car. Tom came back with the best price offer which was close to my expectations and once I accepted his offer, thats it. Then rest of the process was very smooth and they were very polite and professional through out the process. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team to individual car sellers and I wish them best of luck.

SwindonCarBuyer run a different business model to the 'webuyanycars' of this world. I've used both but would only use these guys again. They offer a fair price for the vehicle from the start (not the inflated price that then miraculously reduces) and they are very professional. They will also collect the vehicle - again no haggling, just decent people. I think the service I've had has been excellent and would happily recommend the business to others.
