Sold me my fiesta st3 the other day great service would not let me take the car until they were satisfied that it was In perfect condition. Really happy with the service from the garage and the dealership who worked together very well to make sure my car was ready in good time and condition.

After 3 months of looking around for a decent car for my daughter i came across Welcome cars. I had seen a Audi A3 and called them straight away, I spoke to a very polite and happy Gentleman who gave me all the information i needed including answering all my questions too. I arranged a viewing and test drive of the vehicle. When i arrived there i could see they were very busy but i was still greeted by Adam who was ever so kind and helpful and provided a high standard of customer service. he showed me all around the car and after a test drive, we sat down and he took me through all the paper work including a HPI check on the vehicle. My daughter loves her Birthday present and i am ever so happy that she has a safe and reliable vehicle. Very pleased with Welcome cars and the staff and the service provided to me. They made buying a car very easy for me.

Totally professional company to deal with. Having dealt with many used car dealers in the past, I was a little wary of travelling from Glasgow to Swindon for my car but decided to go ahead as their integrity was evident from the start.I dealt with Adam and Sam(who picked me up from the train station) and can honestly say that it was an effortless purchase. The car itself was exactly as described and comes with a three month warranty which is actually worth more than the paper it's written on!!!!. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a genuine value for money used car.

We bought a very clean and well presented Ford Focus from Welcome Cars with a full service history and one previous owner. The price was fair and the car is a really nice example. The site is well-organised and pleasant to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful; they gave us the keys and let us look over the car without any pressure. They showed us all the documents and answered all our questions patiently. They also loaned us a lap-top to arrange insurance to drive the car away. We would not hesitate to recommend Welcome Cars.

My wife and I brought a Vauxhall Corsa 2003 in October 2015. I've waited till the warranty period has expired before writing this review. The salesperson, Mo, was friendly and very helpful. The car was very well presented and ran well on the test drive. We were told that their mechanic would do a 62 point inspection while we did the paperwork. I did expect to receive a paper report on this but was told when we were leaving it was only a verbal report i.e. "It's all good." I'm tempted to take a star off for his miscommunication. However, I love the car. It's still going very well and we paid a fair price for it. And Mo took our old car which was only worth scrap. So, all in all it was a great success!

I bought my Vauxhall corsa here last Friday and I was really happy with the excellent services from the guys here. They did free MOT and car wash on the day,also the guy will contact the person who makes car keys for me to have spare one as I only have one key for my car. A tiny bit rusty area on the bottom of the car which he promised me to do car spray for next time, so I rang him to make an appointment for car spray on following Monday when they did spray for me. Had a look around a few local garages all seemed very pushy when it came to buying. Had a chat with one of the guys at welcome who seemed to know what he was talking and most importantly didn't come across as pushy. Very friendly and honest (very rare these days). I rang in advance to check if the car was still available. When I turned up to see it, they were very friendly and let me have the key to check the car over and also took it out for a test drive. The car was not warmed up prior to my arrival and there was not any pressure from any staff. Having paid the deposit, I went back a few days later to pay for the balance, I was picked up from the railway station (a blessing as that day was freezing cold and wet). The car had a new mot, valeted, road tax was done and all ready to go. Overall excellent service and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good quality secondhand car. PS I read some bad reviews here and surprised to find that some either did not bother to do their homework (MOT history check, HPI, car review etc) or knowingly purchased a faulty car. If in doubt, walk away!

Purchased Fabia VRS and found Ali and Mo to be very helpful. The engine check showed a EGR valve is needed and they have written in to our warranty that this will be fixed ASAP at no cost to us. To date I cannot fault how honest and genuine they have been and I look forward to being able to update that all has been put right very soon.

Very helpful guys had no problems with the car (yet) only dissapointment was said it had full service history when picked the car up they gave another customer who bought an identical car on the lot my service history instead of there own they said they spoke to her and she was suppose to of posted it to them but what a suprise it never turned up so now I have no proof if I want to sell on the car later on, it is suprising that all there cars have full history makes me wonder and I know there mot's now come from the test center round the corner and they are dodgy as anything so I'm hoping I've done the right thing and I have bought a genuine good car I'll have to wait and see,good luck to the next person .
