I was searching for months on end of the right spec Audi RS3, and when I did fine one close to the one I wanted, the dealerships where in question.
When I came across Automotive addiction, Initially I dealt with a gent called Louis, he was top class, he was fully transparent about the car, and was really helpful in general.
The main reason I chose Automotive Addiction is simple, they had my 100% trust which was a big thing for me, also the car was everything I wanted, literally the perfect spec.
The whole experience of picking the car up from their facility was world class, I've never had treatment like it. They spent close to 3 hours with me going over the full spec of the car and how everything works.
Without doubt I will be going back to them again, highly recommend them to anyone who is after a performance car.

Louis was also amazing on collection day, he spent the best part of an hour proudly explaining the work done on the car, how everything works and making sure I knew how to look after it properly. The car is absolutely stunning - showroom condition. Could I have bought a cheaper RS3 somewhere else? Yes. Would I ever go anywhere else for an RS car? No chance. They kept in touch throughout the hole process from start to finish, updating with pictures and any information needed. Including organising having a private plate on the car ready for collection.
On arrival the car is absolutely immaculate and they took the time to share their knowledge of every tiny little detail on the car inside and out.
I also part exchanged my previous car with Automive Addiction, again the process was easy and honest exchange from the outset with no haggling on the day. The guys even made time for a side by side photos of the old and new cars!

A. B.Bought a 2018 RS3 (Stage 2) from Automotive Addiction recently and traded in my M2 (for which a very fair price was offered, no low-balling).
Car was detailed to perfection prior to collection and everything ceramic coated (wheels, bodywork, glass, gloss black trims).
The guys will literally do anything you want prior to collection, such as security upgrades, cosmetic upgrades, performance upgrades - really is a one stop shop!
Some unforeseen issues came up before and after sale, but Dhyllan and the team were swift to resolve them all.
A great dealership with some fantastic stock! Definitely check it out if you're in the market for a performance car, especially an RS3.

From first contact with Dhyllan I was thoroughly impressed with how professional and passionate he is and how he will do everything possible to make the sale and purchase of a new car as easy and stress free as humanly possible. It is nice to not have to deal with broken promises and questionable practices of traditional dealers.
Just over a month on and everything has gone as expected and I could not be happier.

J. A.Aboslutely fantastic company to deal with! Dhyllan and Louis were great making the process of buying a car a breeze. Too often do you go garages where sales staff don't know what they're selling but these guys know their stock inside and out. I had my eye on 3 cars, 2 of which I went on test drives and I ended up deciding on the RS3.
The car also went through an immaculate detail with a ceramic coating applied that the staff walked me through in detail and they did a mega job!
If you're a petrol head don't sleep on Automotive Addiction because this place has what all the main dealers are missing. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for a change.
