I had a great experience at Furrows of Telford because their customer service was excellent, the vehicle was well presented and the delivery process was seamless. We had initially gone to test drive a Ford that was not to our taste and David immediately set about finding us suitable alternatives. We were able to test drive the vehicles on routes that allowed us to gain a good picture of the cars' capabilities on a range of roads and with our sales representative leading in a separate vehicle, we felt 'COVID-Secure' throughout. We were talked through the paperwork thoroughly and were offered delivery of our vehicle. This was fantastic! The car was delivered in pristine condition by a driver who kept us informed throughout his journey down to us. I have to say that the personal touches provided by Furrows were excellent - we enjoyed a personalised video tutorial of all or car's gadgets ahead of delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Furrows. Family run companies who are willing to go the extra mile (if you'll pardon the pun!) are hard to come by these days.

The newly refurbished store is modern and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Often a waiting list scenario for some servicing so book ahead. I've bought two cars here in the last 3 years; no complaints at all. The coffee machine could do with improvement.

just bought a used transit custom from Furrows dealt with Ben Esp he couldnt have been more helpful van was as described and delivered to Cornwall when promised and the delivery driver was also very helpful I would recommend Furrows to anyone , they are a lot better than our local Ford dealer
