I purchased my little Peugeot 107 from Simon last week. I called on a Sunday morning to see if I could test drive the car and Simon went out of his way to come down to the garage when it was closed to let me have a drive. Two days later the car was ready for collection with a 12 month MOT on it ,Simon was so friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The car is immaculate and runs well. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Ketley Brook you were great thank you . Faye x

What can I say apart from top tier service from this company. felt very welcom from the get go. Bought my vauxhall zafira from him and picked it up today. Kept in the loop about the progress of the car every day. No pressure at all to buy (as I have had in the past from other dealers) just a welcoming face to guide you through the process and answer all your questions. The owner opened up on the weekend just so I could view an insignia, very competitively priced considering the spec and second hand prices in general, friendly and honest! cleaned the car before picking it up and it was spotless sould definitely recommend visiting! Since this purchase, unfortunately after a month I had the eml light on, I spoke to Simon about the problem he changed the spark plugs and coil in front of me as that's what we thought the problem was, that didn't work so I had the car taken off me for about 8-10 working days the car came back in working order and running smoother, Simon didn't argue or question my issue he sorted it as quickly as he could I cannot fault this service once again I would definitely recommend ketlry brook motors!

Recently bought a Nissan juke with good mileage and competitive price . Very friendly and no pushy sales tactics. After service was brilliant had a slight squeal and was asked to take the motor back of which a new timing belt kit was fitted for peace of mind at no cost. I went to look at a Vauxhall Insignia at Ketley Brook Motor Company and found Simon to be very helpful and polite, not only did he just give me the keys he let me look at it on my own. After about 10 minutes he came over and told me a few things about the car and Vauxhall Insignia's in general and no sales pressure at all. After test driving the car, I bought the car and to say the car is 10 years old, it drives like its brand new, thanks Simon, see you again in the future.

I was trying to find a new car very quickly due to a change of location with my job and I have never met anyone so helpful as Simon. He found me taking photo's of the cars as I was going to do my research at home and I obviously looked suspicious,(Simon was not fazed by this) but as a lone female I did not want to seem to be ignorant to buying a car, which I am not fortuantely.
