Excellent family run garage. I have used Vickers for many years to purchase my Fiat cars from. The staff are really friendly and helpful some of them have been there for years so that shows that it must be a well run company. I just love Fiat cars and wouldn't go anywhere else and they do the best MOCHA coffee I have ever tasted. I would go there just for the coffee if I could!!!! Well done Vickers and thank you for the years of service you have given me.

I have just recently purchased a Fiat 500 from Telford.I am so happy with the car and the whole process was efficient and hassle free. Steve in sales was an absolute joy to deal with,he was so helpful and got everything sorted. We always use the garage for servicing etc on our Fiat motorhome and Ben and his team are always friendly, organised and you always trust them to do a good job. We have a Fiat garage closer but i never considered even going there to look for a car i just went straight to Telford. Thank you.

Disappointing visit. Car we reserved was a wreck inside, scratches, scuffs on roof gloves box etc. Really should have been told about this before making the wasted journey. Anti climax and definitely not main dealer standards. More about the sales figures here.

I have been a customer for many years now and the sales and after care service recieved is constantly of a high standard. I have never found anywhere else that goes above and beyond to help customers out, there's no pushy sales and it's like visiting family when you go. I have taken my daughter there to buy her first car and they have not let her down, everyone greats you even the main manager if he's around and there's no pressure at anytime. They prioritise the customers situation and financial limitations above the sale but always endevour to provide a quality car meeting the individuals budget.

These days companies are always going on about customer service and how it should be of a quality that second to none - this is rarely what we see as customers. However I write this review as Ben has given exactly the second to none service we all expect. Ben always keeps me informed he is polite, friendly and organised ! Wouldn't go anywhere else with my Jeep or Fiat !

Purchased my jeep renagade from gwent at the Telford branch!! Really happy with the service that I have received and the car is fab!! Far better then my local dealer in oldbury that I drove the 40 miles to Telford, it’s definitely worth it.!!! Like chalk and cheese.
