They listened to what I wanted, They did not try to push me towards anything more expensive, or try to sell me extras that I did not want. I had a very good test drive. The car had an MOT before I took it away. The paperwork was sorted with no problems and subsequent necessary paperwork has arrived from the DVLA in less than a week. A. H.I’ve just bought my second car from fiat vospers truro, after my first one met with a not very nice end! Joe was so quick in getting me the car I wanted to view down from Exeter and sorting everything out for me so I could focus on the sorting of everything else surrounding the accident. Joe was extremely helpful, polite and smiley. We had a great laugh, especially when he noticed I’d brought an air freshener to put in the new car haha! I would 100% recommend Vospers and Joe. Also a special mention to Ben who I bought the first car from and always remembers me and my partner when we go in and makes a special effort to come over and say hello! Great team!

Joe Rudge was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the various aspects of the car and in answering questions. His calm demeanour was a plus during the test drive and while we have yet to take delivery of the new car, our experience to date at Vospers has been really good and gives us confidence.

D. P.Great experience and a fair deal. John Landstrom and Andrew Halliday were very helpful and very quick. We are really happy with the New 500, the third we have purchased in the past 2 years.
K. C.My experience was very mixed. Lily was great to deal with but unfortunately the part for my vehicle didn’t arrive. There were no curtesy cars available which left me with no transport for work.
But the experience with Ben when I decided to part exchange and go for another car was excellent. I was very thankful for a driver picking me up from work to collect my new vehicle at Vospers Truro. So in the end all well.

G. C.After A wait of nine months the part finally arrived and the repair done which seems fine. However I asked for a tyre to be replaced before the MOT and it wasn't done so there was an MOT fail before changing it. Also on the way home the windscreen wiper rubber detached so I now have to replace it. How did that get through the MOT. The staff are always very pleasant and very helpful.
