Very impressed with efficiency of service - staff were very helpful and it was carried out quickly with no unnecessary hanging about. the video they took was very reassuring. the member of staff on reception went through the report and gave a detailed explanation which I found very reassuring. This may be a repeat but worth it anyway. Bought a used CX5 after several detailed questions prior to sale. Excellent responses which led to a "click & collect" purchase. Always got answers to my queries, managed to source the precise model & variant I wanted & in pristine condition. Early days to fully judge the car but very pleased so far.
