I have never used Vospers before but after this purchase i will use them again. I went to enquire about a brand new Ranger, and was greeted inside the showroom by a salesman ( Matthew Gilbert) There were no hard sell tactics and he listened to my vehicle needs and wants, which ended with a stress free and enjoyable purchase. Yep, Vospers have got my thumbs up..... I've been wanting a Transit van for a long time and I've not been left dissapointed.......Matt has kept me informed all the way through the process of buying one and now I finally got it today and its better than i thought it would be with many extras that i didnt know I was getting. Used Vospers van centre today, had some poor experiences in the past, and after having a pre booked appointment for 10 am , when getting there, they had no record of it , thought here we go again, and was once again frustrated. Anyway they told me to leave the vehicle for an hour and they would try to take a look, which they did and completed to the hour, So just to say although the initial start was not good they responded professionally and sorted the problem, thankyou.

Once again. I was pleased to see good Covid practices. This time I wore warmer clothing, but the showroom temperature was comfortable. Nice clean serviced car returned. No Coffee offered. Next time I will take a flask. Like a Dancing on Ice judge, 4 stars. would have been 5 with coffee.
