Matt was very patient and accommodating during the handover phase and was more than prepared for the million and 1 awkward questions and curveballs my mum had lined up for him. 10/10 experience would definitely come to Matt and Rob again

Sold my car to Arnold Clark. I used the website to obtain a valuation and book an appointment for the following day. The next morning Rob from Arnold Clark contacted me by phone. He was very helpful going through everything that was required for the sale. When I arrived at the Gemini site Rob introduced himself and was very friendly helpful and professional as he went through all the paperwork. We then checked the car over and the amount offered on the website was the same offered to me by Rob which I was very pleased with as there were no admin fees to pay. Throughout the whole process Rob was fully explaining what was happening and checking I was happy with what was going on. The whole process was simple straightforward and easy to complete.

With this being the first time of using a click and collect service for a car, I was overwhelmed how easy it was. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted by Matt, one of the click and collect guys. He shown me the car I purchased and let me have a look around at it in my own leisure, before the handover; which was good. We was given a price on line which tempted us to take it back there , and we was met and greeted by Matthew Speake , who checked the car over , and went over everything in detail . There were a few minor scratches on the alloys and one on body work , but apart from that it was in excellent condition , with low mileage . Anyway the price came down a bit from where I would of liked it , so that’s why I marked it down to a 4 star rating . Apart from that Matthew gave us great customer service , and the whole process just took over 2 hours , and would recommend .

Excellent service. Partner took her car in this morning for service and MOT, anxious that we'd lost the locking wheel nut key during a tyre repair a few months back. Having owned a variety of Renault Cars over the past 40 years my personal experience with this particular dealership is disappointing. Recently over a period of one week I have tried to arrange a service and MOT for my 7 year old Renault Clio. Each time I telephone having initially spoken to the receptionist I am then put on hold waiting to be put through to the service Dept. No one answers and eventually I have the option of ringing back or the promise of a call back which was pointless as no one telephoned me back. After making several attempts throughout the week I decided to give up and booked my car into a local garage for the work to be carried out. Since buying my car from new at this dealership I have always had it serviced etc by them but I doubt I will bother in the future. Good if you are buying a new car as they can't do enough for you but after that I'm not sure.

Recently bought a van here, within 2 minutes of arriving a salesman came out to greet me, Fair enough really nice lad but keen. Pointed out a dent to him which then received no offer of a repair or anything, Yes I know it's a van but it's not the point when your spending car type money. Straight in to do paperwork, all explained properly and ten minutes or so later we were on our way, it was super efficient but we left so quick I even left my coat in my px car, 🤣Fair play they did send it on to me thank you Garry, Nice people don't get me wrong, I also work in the motor trade for over 30 years now and know how fast paced it can be, but somehow the whole experience has left me feeling like I'd turned up to buy a car at 5 to 6 on Christmas eve, not the main dealer experience I expected, it was all a bit rushed somehow 🤔 Sons happy with his van though that's the main thing just wish he was treated a bit more like a valued customer when spending so much money.

Which is a shame because she was quite good at her job, just had a terrible attitude. I’ll try keep a long story short. They let me start the process of buying my car before letting me know there was only one key. Thankfully, this was sorted without me having to ask. Within the first week, I noticed the instrument panel was broken. Just after a month I noticed the heated windshield was broken. Took it back and they repaired without much fuss. Shortly after (still within first 2 months ish), I broke down. They had a look at it and apparently something had corroded. They fixed this under warranty. Fortunately, it hasn’t broken down since... but god knows what they did to my car! It came out with different issues than it went in with. My car now roars and struggles/rattles. Took it back and they checked it over & tried to tell me it was my carpets. Very novel excuse. The carpet definitely isn’t the issue as it’s still very loud and slow with the carpets removed. The whole reason I bought this car was because it was nippy and quiet. They also keep your car in overnight without letting you know. Not even a phone call. Caused me a lot of issues the next morning when I had places to be and no car without warning!! I understand why the heated windshield went unnoticed, but I’m very surprised corrosion of coils and a broken instrument panel were missed before the car was put up for sale. If you are purchasing from here, I’d just say be very careful. This car has just been issue after issue. I bought from here thinking I’d be getting some kind of quality & unlikely to have issues... but it seems I got the same quality compared to something off Facebook where I would’ve paid a third of the cost.

I've been driving for 30 years and I can honestly say that this is the best garage I have EVER used. Their combination of customer service and honesty is excellent. They are the only garage I have ever trusted to be completely honest with MOT'ing and servicing. They never try it on and "fake fail" it to generate income. On two occasions now I have not been charged because they have been unable to find a suspected fault, or have been unable to fix one. They spent the best part of a day diagnosing an automatic gearbox fault for me a few years ago and ended up saying I'd need to take it to an auto specialist for a rebuild. No charge. More recently, I had a suspected head gasket failure (slight loss of coolant). They carried out a sniff test, a pressure test, found no fault and didn't charge (it was an air lock). Overall, I am very pleased with them and will continue to use them. In fact, several work colleagues also use them too now!

THE best service i have had from a dealer. My handle failed on the near side rear door on a Saturday morning 2 weeks before Christmas. I managed to get my car there, having someone secure the door, I turned up without an appoinments as i wanted to at least have my vehicle somehwere secure. Victoia who booked it in was lovely, relaly helpful and said the car would be stored insisde until someone could look at it later in the week.
