We bought our C3 air Cross just before Xmas, Jack arranged everything for the handover on the day and it all well like clockwork. We traveled up from Kent so it was a bit of a hike, but we love the new car, it’s very comfortable and sips fuel, exactly what Mrs M asked for….Nice dealership that gives focus on customer relationship/care…nice to see these days….

I would be lying if I didn’t admit I was feeling quite anxious about the seemingly daunting experience of visiting a car dealership. However, my worst fears were swiftly alleviated when I walked through the door at Bentleys Citroen. I was greeted by a jolly young chap, called Sam. It was immediately clear that Sam was incredibly knowledgeable in modern Citroen automobiles with their high tech gadgets and gizmos. I would recommend this dealership and I haven’t stopped telling my 3 friends and cat about this place. I’m not sure how I will ever be able to step into another dealership again and am extremely excited to see that look on Sam’s face when he slowly hands me the keys to my new set of slick wheels (see picture). This is my 2nd new vehicle purchase form Bentleys Citroen. On my initial visit I discussed with Stephen Johnson (owner of Reggie Dog...lol) of my needs eg, vehicle type, fuel type, mileage (as opted for PCP), any additional features to vehicle and GAP insurance (which I feel is a 'must' on any vehicle with finance). I also discussed with Stephen my budget for the monthly payments, which was the main factor. During the process Stephen explained everything clearly; payments, deposit, Data Protection and how Citroen used my information. This was repeated throughout and I could ask questions at anytime. I never felt pressured at anytime. I collected my new vehicle at a time that suited us both and Stephen showed me around the vehicle; controls, audio, fuel refilling. Definitely recommend Bentleys Citroen!

Came here couple of weeks back, to look at some cars, I was approached by a salesman, I think his name was Paul, who was very helpful and answered all our questions. Even though I wasn't from the area and had no idea which car I wanted, I found one which I liked, I requested and picked it up straight away a couple days after, I was dealt with Steve, who had a very good sense of humor. Really impressed with the experience of buying at Bentleys Warrington. C K Tam was superb and really went the extra mile to help us find the right second hand car for our needs. We chose the DS3 in automatic which I am really enjoying driving. We were guided through every step and left the showroom confident in all the features of our new car. The showroom is well set out and accessible to all with good disabled toilets also. We didn't feel under any pressure and was always made to feel welcome. Our son has additional needs and finds new places hard to cope with but the staff were good and allowed him to walk around looking at the cars, taking photos and having a pretend drive. Absolutely amazing experience. I was searching for a car online and one I liked popped up. Half an hour away from me but worth a look. On arrival we were greeted by the MD who made a brew and we had a chat about my requirements. The car was in great condition and a great price. Went in for a strange rattling noise underneath. Joanne on the service desk was fantastic in booking us in, arranging a courtesy car and generally taking care of our needs as a family. With two children in tow, things can get tricky. Conscientious, polite and understanding throughout, she was great. My car was booked in for a service & MOT at Bentleys. This is where it was originally purchased from. Booking in the vehicle with Claire in the service department was easy. I was offered a variety of times and dates that suited me and was asked did I require a courtesy vehicle on the day which I declined. Service & MOT carried out and service department contacted me to let me know my vehicle has failed MOT and the work that needed to be done with costing's and timescale. Gary the Service Manager fully explained the work that was required, the main repair being a big job. I agreed the work and the parts were ordered straight away and the vehicle needed to be kept in. Again I was offered a courtesy vehicle and I declined as both my Brother & Sister in Law had a vehicle if needed. Vehicle repaired within timescale and I was very pleased with the work carried out by Bentleys.

After visiting my local Citroen dealer where I wasn't impressed at all with the service, where we didn't feel valued, especially after having Citroen cars for the past 25 years, I reluctantly decided to look at different makes of cars. Although many of the dealers were welcoming and their cars very nice, I always felt sad at leaving Citroen. I decide to give them one last chance to persuade me to 'come back.' My local Citroen dealers is 3 miles from my home but I decided to drive the 20+ to Bentleys. Best decision I could have made. The moment we drove on to the forecourt we were made welcome, drinks offered, plenty of cars in the showroom and no pressure. We felt so at ease. Stephen Johnson was brilliant. Went through everything with us. We never felt rushed and were given time to think every step through, from finance to car colour, we were so impressed. I thought one bad experience would turn me away from Citroen for good, however Stephen Johnson has brought us back into the fold and we couldn't be happier. Bought a DS3 from here recently - The sales man Ian Brown was great & I had a fantastic experience from start to finish... It was dark when I arrived as it was very close to closing time, yet he took time to show me a few vehicles anyway.. he also came in the day after & did a really good "personal video" on the car in the daylight explaining all the extras on the car which was really informative. I did have to take the car back a few days after the change over for a new key to be programmed (no cost & no hassle) and again nothing was a problem I was in & out in no time at all. I am not sure about these people writing bad reviews about the after sales they really couldn't of been any better in my view and I'm usually a hard lady to please .... It made my new car buying experience easy, hassle free and a pleasure THANK YOU

I've just collected my Citroen C3 and I absolutely love it! I stand out in the crowds with my red roof and wing mirrors and white body. It certainly is an eye turner. It drives extremely well and is a solid, sturdy car with great mpg. The automatic headlights, wipers and, of course, the in car touch screen give an air of quality. Upon collection, I received a comprehensive run down on the cars features by Stephen Johnson and this he did very well. I would not hesitate to recommend the C3 and also Bentleys at Warrington if you are thinking of changing your car. It was also great dealing with Stephen rather than some of the seedy car salesmen I have dealt with in the past! Thank you! I am over the moon!
