Great bunch of guys, no hassle atmosphere with a good old-fashioned type family feel to the business. Great selection of vehicles. All the staff I have met so far are local, and I regularly bump into some of them and have a chat in the local pubs of a weekend. I am now on my second car from Lowton Motor Company, after buying my wife's motor from them about 4 years ago (hers is still going strong and has been relatively mither free all this time). A minor gearbox issue on my most recent purchase was immediately attended to by a local Mercedes specialist and was sorted within 24hrs. Very pleased with it. This is the first experience I’ve had at buying a car on finance and I couldn’t have been any happier with the service I have received. All of the staff that I met were amazing but especially Ste who was my main point of contact. I could call whenever I needed to with any questions and he didn’t baffle me when it came to the finance options. I also got a great part exchange price for my car! Admittedly, after using the car for a couple of days I did encounter some minor teething problems. I called and was invited back straight away. The after-sales experience was just as impressive as the initial transaction and they even provided me with a car to run around in while mine was being fixed (which I did not expect but really appreciated). Again, Ste was on hand (/the phone) whenever I needed and I picked my car back up today in absolutely perfect condition. I couldn’t recommend LMC highly enough. At no point did I feel pressured and I genuinely believe that they are all great guys. I will 100% be coming to them again when I am ready for my next car and I have recommended them to my friends. Fantastic experience with Lowton MC from start to finish. I was buying the car from a distance of 200 miles, Dan was extremely helpful in sending me over a video of the car, answering my many questions etc and they had no issue with me arranging an inspection and test drive via Clickmechanic. The process went smoothly and, for a reasonable fee, Dan even personally delivered the car to me 200 miles away on his day off! What more can I say, except that I would have no hesitation in using them again, indeed, I hope I have the opportunity to do so.

A unhurried harassment free experience throughout, assistance was offered when we arrived but we were left to look at and discuss the cars in our own time without the hard sell. When we decided on one specific car we were offered a test drive without and trouble and all the paperwork was available to check without hassle. I was given a great price for my part exchange. They bent over backwards to help when I required the car to be ready earlier than decided due to a change in work commitments understanding my problems and getting it through its service and PDI on time even though they were short staffed due to holidays. Overall a perfect example of how to sell cars and should be a model to all second hand dealerships.
