Had a really good experience these guys when buying a new car for my partner. We had to get rid of his hand-me-down Peugeot 206 so it was nice for him to come here and pick his own car at ease without being pressured into anything. The guys were all really friendly and left us to look around in our own time. There was a bit of work needed to be done on the Fiesta we chose but this was all completed quickly and the car was ready to collect that same week. He loves his new car and it was nice to get it from a local, friendly independent dealership! Cheers

After searching on car guru for a car, we made an appointment with a dealer in Bolton. Turned up only to find the car had been sold and they couldn't be bothered removing the car from car guru. I bought a transit custom which I needed for my business in the worst period of the covid lockdown. It was a bit of a tricky transaction given the circumstances, but Roger couldn’t have been more helpful doing things like sending me a video to remotely view the vehicle. When I eventually got to do a test drive I felt very happy that every precaution had been taken to comply with social distancing and sanitising the vehicle prior to my arrival. The actual purchase went very smoothly, and I got a great vehicle at a good price. The van was clean inside and out and had a full 12 month MOT and I bought the tax from them too so I could drive it away hassle free on the collection day. My only disappointment was that I wasn’t able to shake Roger’s hand to say thank you!

I could not have picked a better car sales company to buy from. This is my first experience of buying a car through finance and not only did Stockton heath car sales provide an affordable finance deal, they actually called me themselves to offer me an even cheaper deal saving me over £500 in total. In addition, my car had a brand new MOT which had 1 advisory which they ordered the part and fitted without any additional cost. However, the part would not arrive until after I was planning to visit the car and I had an hour and a half journey to make so the kind gentleman John Cooper kindly offered for the car to be delivered the day after the part would be fitted free of charge. I have had nothing short of an excellent experience with this company and the fact I am writing a review gives them a huge credit as I have never ever bothered to give someone a review before in my life but when you are spending hard earned money on items which aren't cheap such as cars, we all want to know we are going to someone we can trust and will be happy with the outcome and I assure you this company can provide it. I am one very impressed customer and cannot thank them enough.

We decided to sell our second car for various reasons including Covid-19 restrictions going on longer than we had thought and to help support the environment. We advertised our car for a private sale knowing that we weren't in any hurry. However, we were contacted by Roger at Stockton Heath Car Sales (SHCS) who expressed an interest in buying our car. They offered a price which was reasonable (not much less than we were advertising it for) but we remained very sceptical. We imagined that if we made arrangements to take the car for an inspection that we would be subject to a hard sales tactic and offered much less. We very nearly didn't bother but decided it was worth a try. So we arranged to visit. Our experience was 1st class. SHCS checked our car against our advertised spec to make sure we weren't hiding any damage, gave it a quick test drive, checked the service history and then confirmed their offer price stood!! So of course we accepted and sold the car to them. The exchange of car for money was very simple and quick. The team at SHCS exceeded our expectations being friendly, courteous and honest with us - no stereotypical car salesmen here! When we next are in the market for a car we will certainly pay them a visit.

When I arrived I thought the MX5 had been sold but it was actually in the Showroom which was promising. I was approached by John who let me look over the car unhindered and also gave me a Coffee a nice touch!
