Just purchased a new Audi from here about a month ago and the customer service we received from the sales team (Amit) and the sales manager was remarkable. We felt really comfortable and not pressurised to mark a purchase They were patient as we initially went in for a used and approved car, but the offers we got for new was too good to let go.
We didn't even have an appointment and we got seen to extremely quickly, we were offered Tea, coffee, test drive, went through the spec we wanted on the day and vehicle delivery date, the communication, everything was spot on, we even received updates out of working hours which was fantastic, so we knew what was happening each step of the way.
Would definitely recommend visiting them if your after an Audi.

Sanjeev Kumar is probably one of the best car salesman I have come across. He identified the exact car I wanted very quickly and done everything in his power to get the deal I wanted. Excellent service but Watford. is a long way from South London where we live and apparently no other Audi garage is able to re-gas the air conditioning on a 2018 A8. Audi need to get this sorted. Full marks to Watford Audi whose staff were delightful and efficient.

Brilliant service from Watford Audi yesterday for my MOT. All the staff were polite, professional and helpful. The showroom was closed off due to Covid but everywhere was extremely clean. Had a overall good experience purchasing my car, was not quite 100% due to the trims being damaged however we finally came to an agreement on the car. At one stage I was prepared to walk away if it was not down to the 2 hours I already spent on site! They sure do make collecting your car a long process and one I wished they could make easier.

Not too impressed. Was initially badgered to make an appointment. Afterwards I didn't receive a confirmation email so I had to ring to check. When I brought the car in they couldn't find the booking. Afterwards when I asked a question the advice was given in an offhand way and it didn't solve the problem. I found another employee who was more helpful and sorted out the issue. Car was washed but passenger window was hard to look through due to dried water. Not the best service experience.

recently my wife was really screwed over by Audi Rescue (which i think is part of the AA), had to wait 48 hours for a courtesy car because the gear box malfunction (on a 6 month old car) they claimed was a RTA despite the car not hitting anything or any damage.
Putting that to one side I have to say Watford have been great and in particular Donia who could no doubt hear the frustration in my voice and tone of e mails and helped expedite everything, she was fantastic!
as for Europcar in Park Royal (who sent a smoke stinking car) and not even close to a `like for like` and Audi rescue (AA I believe) , you have a long way to go when working with Audi

Booked my car in at Audi for an MOT. They did a free health check and advised I needed a haldex oil change and also brake fluid change. Adrian was amazing and talked me through everything.
Dropping my car off was easy had to book it in through a screen and they then have these little lockers for you to deposit the key. Amazing!!!

Brilliant 5* service received as always from Watford Audi and very clean. This is the car dealership that is local to me and words cannot express how very impressed I always am with all of the Service Advisors I have deal with (Abbey, Adrian, Donia, Lauren etc). I cannot remember all the names but all are always polite, friendly, welcoming, very helpful and professional providing outstanding quality service / customer care to myself. Lovely people all are and best service advisors by far I have had on all my visits.
I have been using Watford Audi now for 5 years, who carry out my MOT and Service on my vehicle every year and I've had no problems, whatsoever. The staff (Abbey etc) always look after me very well, hence why I always go there for maintenance and nowhere else as I place my full trust in them. I was served by Abbey in March for my MOT and Service and from updating me on a regular basis to always providing the best professional service and being over efficient - I cannot be more grateful to her nor complain. I always walk out feeling over satisfied with the service I receive. Huge credit and what a great asset she is.
I will always continue to use Watford Audi, even for new Audi vehicles I look to purchase / upgrade in the future from my existing one and will highly recommend to others.
Adrian was very professional as always, and excellent yesterday and all throughout the whole process in updating myself with the vehicle having been in the dealership for a week. This was due to a twisted fuel filter pipe making the vehicle drive in limbo mode with engine management light constantly flashing. With Adrian's great assistance and expertise, problem was successfully diagnosed, part ordered from Germany and vehicle checked thoroughly beforehand by Adrian before returning back to me all cleaned / washed and thoroughly repaired driven away like brand new with no further faults whatsoever. Credit to Adrian for this.

Great service from Adrian, my Audi was booked in for a routine service. Unfortunately a fault was identified that meant my car had to be kept overnight. Adrian updated me and reassured me that parts were on order to complete the required repairs. He also arranged for my car to be dropped off to me the next day given the change of plans. Now that we are coming out of lockdown the showroom is busy but I feel, as a returning customer that communication has dropped off. As they are selling cars due to a pent up demand there appears to be an attitude that they don't need to try with clients. That may come back to haunt them in quieter times as clients will move to other showrooms where staff give better service. They are forgetting the lessons of the recent very tough times. That said I have previously found them to be quite good.

My Audi 3 which is 6 years old had a yellow warning light showing a fault on the emission system. I booked it into Watford Audi despite having to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. After examination of the vehicle it was diagnosed that a new turbo was required. After getting over the shock of the price quoted, I instructed Audi to proceed with the repairs. I was kept advised at all times by the Service Representative, Adrian who was friendly and helpful. After collecting the vehicle following repair , the yellow warning reappeared so I had to return the vehicle to the garage . Adrian arranged for a technician to investigate and it was found that a plug had not been properly connected. Despite this issue in general I was satisfied with service provided

Just had a 3 yearly service on my Audi which was done while I waited. Due to Covid restrictions it was necessary to maintain social distancing but the system worked ok. A free coffee is always welcome.
As expected it took around 2 hrs and the car was vacuumed and washed at the end. As I have a service plan I only had to pay for a brake fluid change, the price of which was agreed before the service.
All in all I found the experience at Watford Audi as good as ever and will continue to use them in the future.

My car went in for warranty work and I wasn't too happy with a few things. Elliot the GM was made aware of my situation and completely personalised the whole experience. Dona was also very polite in her way speaking and her general delivery of customer service.
I can hardly recognise my car as Elliot and a team of paint specialists took lead and restored it back to almost its original condition in terms of paint.
They both went above and beyond and just the time spent with explaining everything to me was more than I expected.

Pricey for a first service and what is involved, when you look at the itemised bill.
However, the quality of service was acceptable, albeit I had to chase Watford Audi regarding collection as they failed to call me.
The upside was I challenged the cost when I dropped the car off early 'am' and Lauren reduced the bill by just a little over 16%.

My experience was mixed.
My Audi service advisor Adrian D was brilliant. Along with recoding my spare key, he and Lloyd sorted my 12v charger fuse. Adrian gave me clear advice on the 2 year service plan and what I get for my money. I did take the 2 year service plan, shame the 10% off Christmas offer expired.
Further, Adrian called me back when the recoded key did not trigger the folding of my car's wing mirrors when locking the car. Over the phone he explained how to get the option working and sorted it. Fabulous chap.
Facilities manager - please while you fix your main entrance door put proper markers ( floor signs/cones/tapes or signs ) to let customet know which door to use.
Also, as your main entrance is shut, there are no clear visual direction or instruction on which desk to go to first. As one enters the building you see the service section with staff sitting on their desks behind covid secure screens but actually one needs to go to reception first ( hidden from side door ) and then recptionist tells you where to go i.e. individual functions (sales or service or parts). I'm a first time customer and had no clue where your temporary entrance is or which desk to go. I asked a fellow customer where to go first i.e.where the reception was after being ignored by service desk. You are lucky to have staff like Adrian who make customers feel welcome. Please take this as constructive feedback.

Spent over £1000 for a service - had a2 hour round trip to get there (despite having Audi garage locally - weren’t able to have it done there) they had the car for 4 days - all acceptable as decent job was done but for that price and with all inconvenience in mind very disappointed they didn’t clean it !

After having the worst experience with at least 3 other dealership, I am happy to say that both Watford Audi and Amersham Audi have provided a service which puts other dealerships to shame.
Audi...please hire people that provide high levels of customer service and expertise that should be a pre-requisite for the brand, and not people who cut corners and short change the customer. I totally appreciate that each franchise is independently owned, but this is just terrible from a customer experience if you are not going to provide some level of quality control.

Please do congratulate them on the level of customer service.
If customers are reading this, avoid West London Audi, Avoid Oxford Audi and Avoid Walton Audi. The staff are an absolute joke and the teams are compelled to lie to customers after making mistakes and lack basic skills and product knowledge which one would expect from such a high marque brand. Be warned!

The work and especially service part of the experience is quite good. But the front desk, reception and interaction between people who receive the customers and manage delivery is extremely poor.
They don’t really care to provide any service at all in this aspect - feel sad for such a good name Audi has otherwise. And also on the work aspects as mentioned, the quality is excellent.
I hope the front desk part doesn’t overshadow the experience for the future customers.

Had my MOT done while I waited, at first I was optimistic about taking my car to a main dealer for an MOT, but when I was there I was greeted well, they expalined everything before hand, I was offered Tea and Coffee while I waited, I could see exactly how they were working on my vehicle through the glass viewing area, excellent customer service, MOT was done, fluids topped up, washers adjusted and they even washed and vacuumed my car, what more can you ask for, I will defiantly be going again for a service and I highly recommend them to all those who own an Audi, well worth the experience and good value for money. First time using Watford Audi overall the service can be improved. Being welcomed by reception and handing my car in was no problem. But then this is where the service could have been better.
1. I was told the Health Check would be 45mins. I gave them extra 15mins just incase. No one came to me till I gave a signal to the young lady that took in my car to ask for an update. that was when she said my car is ready.
2. After going through the check, I was advised that there is a problem with the battery and I would need to book it in again for checks. I said okay fine which dates are available. At this point she went to get the diary which was with another colleague and left me waiting for more than 5mins. I was already late for an appointment so decided to leave. while walking away I saw her sitting in a colleagues office having a chat and did not even bother to get up to say where the diary was or any update. i found that a very appalling service.

Had my first service and MOT and the service given to me by Sammie Gurr was splendid, from welcoming me in the morning to handing my car over. Only feedback was I had to call to ask if my car was ready which feel I should have had a call from the service centre to notify me about this. Apart from this everything was excellent and the car was clean and vacuumed. will definitely be using Watford Audi and who knows my change my car with them when the time comes.

I loved sending my car for an annual service and MOT at Watford Audi. One of the reasons I choose them over local garages despite twice as expensive is due to high customer service standards and quality of service. On both counts, I am disappointed this time.
1) I had specifically instructed in writing that they investigate an issue with my rear wiper jet but they ignored it completely. Also, I have a feeling that my car has more scratch damages after returning from the service Center. They also couldn’t return the car the same day and never mentioned anything about delays in scenario where car fails an MOT test. Poor SLA management and communication to the customer. More transparency is needed.
2) The customer service was not great either. Explaining my personal situation did not help as the person on the other end of the phone line sounded like a policy reader to me.
Prefer a local garage going forward given the bad experience first time in years.

I was overwhelmed with the customer services provided, From start to finish! I am a very difficult fussy customer which I never like to admit however this dealership went over and beyond my expectations. I was passing on the M1 and not from the area at all, I was delighted by the warm welcome on reception by a professional and extremely helpful young lady called Emily. Her infectious smile made me instantly happy and I knew I was in good hands. The sales man John Day was more then happy to spend some time with me explaining the Models and options, he was a happy gentleman and very knowledgeable. I have a little understanding of cars but John defiantly knew the ins and outs in the smallest detail. Even though I live 2 hours away from this dealership I'm certainly glad I decided to take a chance of walking in, I have ordered myself an RS6 from Watford Audi regardless of the distance, I'm excited to be collecting my new Audi in a couple of months feeling rest assured I have the best dealership looking after me. Already I have received updates by John and he has responded very quickly to all my emails.

Had fault with my sunroof not closing on my A3 but it was still in warranty so they fixed it right. Wrong! A few weeks latter it played up again . You've guessed it .Out of warranty ! But to be fair they fixed it 2nd time around. No charge as they noted my complaint was in the warranty period. Very impressed with that. Staff very pleasant . Highly recommend .

Quite a few negative reviews on here from people. When you have a car and it goes wrong you can't just expect the dealership to drop everything and deal with it there and then. I accept they are a busy place so I always book in advance knowing it will take 2-3 weeks for a courtesy car. It's always been the way at any main dealer for any car i've had.
I ordered my car new in Nov 14 and collected in March 15. The whole process was smooth and I was kept up to speed with the while process. Even collecting the car when the new plates came out was a big event. A little OTT but something interesting none the less.
I will agree some of the service staff can be a bit abrupt but if you have an issue and speak to them in the correct manner things get sorted.
Just taken the car in for it's first oil change and for some warranty work due to a rattle in the door. It took a bit of persevering with trying to demonstrate the fault but we got there and the car was serviced and the rattle fixed within just over a day. The lady whole looked after me on the service counter was also very good at keeping me up to speed with what was going on.
No main dealer will keep everyone happy all of the time but i feel a lot of the negative reviews are from the modern day person who expects things to be done yesterday.

I recently had my car serviced at Watford Audi and after the service my car came back in top condition. As soon I as walked into the dealership the receptionists were very warm and welcoming. Car went on for second year service...all done quite quickly....staff courteous but had 2 issues:
1. Car was not washed and valeted so had to wait 15 minutes at pick up following payment
2. Wanted help with MMI and phone but only 1 Sales person knew about it...he was not in and nobody else could help...surely someone else must know about this...perhaps more training on MMI system for other members of sales team so are not dependent on 1 person.

I went to Audi Watford after spending 8 months and 5 visits trying to get my SatNav intermittent fault sorted at another Audi dealership.
When I dropped my car off Abbey was very helpful and also sorted a lift for me, she updated me during the day asking if their master technician could take my car home to test the updates. She rang me the next day to say it was ready to collect.
When I went to collect, Dave the Technician came to speak to me to explain what they had done.
The issue with the SatNav appears to have been corrected but as it was an intermittent fault they asked for me to update them again next week to confirm everything still ok. This has restored my faith in Audi

My only issue (hense the deducted one star) is that the complimentary valet made my vehicle dangerous to drive. Sounds ridiculous, right? Well, my front windscreen was “cleaned” so badly that it was misted up soon after driving it away. This was even more noticeable and hazardous when I drove at night and the glare was more obvious. If it’s going to get cleaned, at least make sure it’s a good job otherwise don’t bother!

In July Ahmed Haider in particular has made my experience at Audi Watford one to remember. He was Ever so kind and friendly – I felt like I knew him for a long time. He did everything he could to help me decide on a car based on what I told him.
The Audi A1 was a present for my graduation and unfortunately It took longer than expected to pick it up because of issues from VWFS etc. however, Ahmed went out of his way to make me happy. Although he didn’t have to, he took my boyfriend and I on the day to the nearest station to avoid being late for work and kept me updated through texts on when It’s ready.
His knowledge in every aspect of cars is out of this world and couldn’t of asked for a better person to assist me in purchasing this car. His professionalism has really impressed me and I’ve recommended him to a friend for future purchases.
The one thing which really left a mark however, was when I came to pick up the car he had got me a bottle of champagne and a card for me as a graduation present. I was really overwhelmed by this gesture; no one has ever treated me like this as a customer.
After nearly 2 months of traveling abroad with my new car, I’m still happy with it and the services I have been given (Europe road side assistance etc)

Great customer service. Highly recommended. Was dubious after last experience of buying a new car which was nearly 10 years ago and from a different dealership. Lee Carby at Audi watford explained everything fully but without being pushy and was easily contactable by phone and email. Set up appointment a few days before then went for a test drive and agreed a price. Delivered to my home address the next week as i didn't live close by, other option discussed was delivering it to my nearest Audi dealership. I intend to keep my car for the foreseeable future but if i did consider a new car again i would return here.

I will not be very happy if i incure more costs due to a second investigation which was supposed to be done in the first one.

I had a horrible experience with the team at Audi Watford, I had quite a simple request that wasn't dealt with after two days. One of the receptionists was rude too which made my experience worse. I then spoke to a salesman there called Waqar who was able to deal with my enquiry within a few hours and completely changed my thoughts on this dealership. Waqar is amazing, I couldn't recommend him enough.

On the day I came to pick up my car, I was unable to tax it due to the government website being unavailable. Just bought my car (second hand A4 TDI) from Watford Audi from a sales advisor called Patryk. He was great, and my wife and I are very happy with the service we received (and the car!). He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then over the next few days started to send me examples via e-mail to help me get a better idea of what different options I could get for my budget. He remained patient and friendly whilst I kept changing my mind. When he found a car I liked the the price and spec of, he took the time to make a video so that I didn't waste my time coming over if I didn't like it. Turns out that was the car we ended up buying.
He guided me through the sales process in the right way and at the right speed - no pressure, but appropriate encouragement. Even after we bought the car he continued to check in with me to make sure that everything was ok and whether I had any questions. It's very personal service which you don't always expect from big dealerships. Very impressed, very pleased and would certainly buy a car from Watford Audi again (and definitely through Patryk).

Spotted a car in autotrader and travelled down from Kettering to view/test drive. Gareth King met me and then proceeded to become a credit to the business. He patiently answered questions and kept everything at a nice pace. His attention to detail and professionalism should be admired. We had a good haggle over prices and reached agreement on the car. On collection of the vehicle again he dealt with utmost skill and aplomb and even after a drive from Birmingham (where I work) and then facing a drive back home to Kettering I felt completely relaxed and at ease in his company. It's an impressive looking dealership but I felt very uncomfortable in the dealer where everyone seems to where suits and all the talk is monthly payments. the cars seem to be from the testosterone gear generation. We looked at the Q3 and I was horrified that there was no electrified version and it did not even have rear usb sockets. The cars seem far too wide. Why in earth does the new Q3 have to be sooooo wide. I look forward to a more electrified range.

I received 5* service from Simi at Audi Watford this weekend. The loss of 1 star was down to a slightly chaotic wait at reception beforehand. It would not deter me from returning, however. I recently bought my car here (August) and was very well looked after by car salesman Hassan Baig. From the minute he met my husband and I he was nothing but polite, helpful, informative and a pure pleasure to talk to.
Not only was the care I got while buying my car excellent, the aftercare was just as good. You do kind of expect that once you leave the forecourt with your car they won't be interested in helping you if you have any queries or issues but this could not be further from the truth.
Only a month after having my car, someone crashed into me, and when I called Hassan to get some advice he provided me with more than that. He arranged for the Audi authorised repair workshop to call me and my car was taken away 3 days later. (The service was fantastic from them too - Pentagon, Hatfield). Hassan took all the worry and stress away!
So do I recommend Audi Watford, yes, but in particular Hassan, he is a really welcoming, friendly, approachable sales person. I sent him umpteen messages between buying my car and collecting it and he never made me feel I was being a pest! Thank you very much!

Not the best experience if I'm honest.The part exchange offer (Car Auction Price) ALL Audi dealerships offer for 2nd hand Audis which are older is awful and borderline insulting. The sales rep when asked if I could take a car for a test drive was surprised. If I'm going to spend lots of money I do expect as discussed on the phone prior to my appointment to take the car for a drive. The car was swiftly presented minus its rear diffuser and literally on fumes!! Drove to the nearest garage added a few quids worth of the lower grade Diesel (I Thought Audi recommend the higher grade on Diesel engines) only to drive out the garage and car generated an Engine Management Fault ..(Particulate Filter Warning.) We get back to the dealership and I ask questions about some of the controls and settings ...but by this point the salesman was clearly not interested....This is not the kind of Service I'd expect from a premium brand car dealership. On the plus side the location and presentation of the Dealership is perfect with loads of parking.

He was 2 ears and one mouth... perfect salesman who knows his stuff !!! … I told him my specific requirements and spec, and I am fussy. A car was located. He sent me a video, convinced me that I would love the car, told me the facts about the car, travelled 25 miles across London to let me test drive it during my hectic work schedule, because I couldn't get to him, secured a fantastic deal, actually deal of the century to be honest and his efficiency is second to none, (so much car for the money) and to top it all off now that I have played around with all the gadgets and toys on the car, I have found so many surprises that I didn't even know the car had …. I am like a big Garfield cat that has eaten a juicy creamy Cheesecake smiling from ear to ear. If you was a super hero like Batman and you had Thor and Hulk on your side Anthony would be the Superman you need

From the moment I set foot on the forecourt, and Patryk Fetter approached my family with a friendly welcome as we browsed, I could not have wished for better service.

I was a returning customer up until my recent service. Had to pick up my car as the Natwest Bank crisis meant I couldn't pay over the phone, wasn't even offered a lift even though it's a short drive and was supposed to be a collection and delivery. My car had been collected for a basic service at 8am and only got a call at 4pm to say it was completed and the problems reported couldn't be done as they left it so late to work on it. Arrived at dealer and the reception staff were very polite. The service advisor barely talked to me and didn't feel valued. Got to my car to find it had been damaged and spoke to the Service Manager, he came out and said he'd get it sorted, explained about bad service and not even a sorry, just said the person I was dealing with was leaving. I've chased the dealer about damage and no reply. It's a lovely looking building but will never return. Would strongly advise not to use the service department.

Just took delivery of a A3 Sportsback S Line and was looked after by Ahmed Haider. I only popped into Watford Audi to check out the colour Nano Grey which was the colour of another A3 I had lined up with another dealer. I didn’t really like the colour and got chatting to Ahmed who searched around for my preferred choice of Daytona Grey. Ahmed pretty much matched the very good offer I had from the other dealer and the car he sourced included the Tech pack (which I really wanted and the other A3 did not have) heated folding mirrors and heated seats (again the other A3 did not have). I found Ahmed both personable and professional and he kept me up to date with the swap deal which needed to be agreed between the 2 dealerships before I could take delivery of the car. I’d also like to add that I was made aware that Ahmed had some close family illness issues he was dealing with at the time but even on the days he was not in the office due to those issues, he keep me informed of developments. Picked the car up last Friday and so far so good!

Want to highly recommend the excellent experience that I received from Hassan Baig at Watford Audi. The whole process of part-exchanging and purchasing my new Audi went seamlessly and was completed in mere days. Hassan managed to organise an excellent finance package when the first provider didn't come through and again all within a day.
When I received the car, it had been detailed carefully and Hassan wisely advised me to purchase the optional care package which would recommend to any customer covering replacement of tyres, keys and minor damage repair as it is such excellent value. Unfortunately I didn't have an appointment but Lee still took the time to fit me in his busy schedule. He took the time to show me all the potential cars that would be suitable for me and we finally found the perfect car!
Lee went through all the details and answered all my silly questions - it was my first time buying a car :)
When I went to pick up the car, Lee took extra time to sit and explain all the features because they were all new to me - even though it was getting really late.
It's been a week or so and Lee has made a couple of follow up calls just to make sure that I'm doing okay and if I need any more help!
My parents were with me and now they're thinking about upgrading their car to an Audi from Lee again!

Receptionists are useless. Salesmen are useless. Service are useless based on past experience (almost as bad as Finchley Road Audi).
The only useful person here is Anthony, he's a salesman but he is actually a member of the real world. Doesn't sell like a robot, just acts like a normal guy. Seriously, this place needs to work on efficiency and retrain all but one of the staff.
Here's an insight into my experience. I walked in. I'm here to collect my car. Forgot the guys name (it was Anthony), both of the lazy receptionists just sort of gazed at me. Told them the reg and that its right outside. Then some other guy came over and insisted another guy sold it to me from another department. Then got my name wrong many times. Then he disappeared, never to return with any useful contribution. Seriously?! All you had to do is ask who is waiting for the customer who bought xyz car outside. That was it! Anyway. Shout out to Anthony when I eventually found him. He is a seriously cool guy

We brought our Audi-A4 from Audi Watford. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Patryk Fetter. Patryk looked after us throughout the whole deal (he even made sure that our two boys were happy whilst they waited!) Patryk was very professional, kind and genuine (rare character - hard to come across these days!). Excellent customer service throughout.
