m. b.Good overall but could be better. There was no one outside the office building in Welwyn Garden City where I was meant to drop the car off. No one answered the buzzer and I just happened to bump into the right person as they emerged to talk to a customer. The manager was fine and helpful. There was a negotiation which we settled. I would ask that the company not provide three different quotes for the same car. Having entered detailed information about it at one point, it then completely left all of that information out and generated a new quote.
m. D.Obviously you don't get the best price for you car but you don't have to deal with time wasters and
insurance worries with people wanting a test drive. They are very well organised and make it a painless experience, even dealing with dvla notification and refund of car tax. Well worth considering as an option when selling your car.
