D. R.Our car went in for service and mot this week. Due to personal circumstances we needed a rental car for the day even will sort notice this was provided for us. We were sent a video link to show us the items on the car that had to be replaced to complete the Mot and Steve rang to advise of the price. As this took us into another day we had to ask if the rental car could be available for us which wasn’t a problem. We have used West End Garage for many years from when they were a proton garage and with their continued good service we will continue to do so. With their additional services now e.g. tyres and body work they cover all bases.

Slightly disappointed that they wanted to charge for a courtesy car, however, a pickup and return was arranged instead (although they also wanted to charge £6 for that, but charge was waived). When other franchise dealers provide one or both of these options for free, there should be at least one default no charge option.

I was dead set on getting a diesel as my previous car was a diesel but he talked some sense into me, so I went for the 1 litre turbo petrol engine, very nippy! :). I also got a great deal as the '3' spec which I wanted, was available to buy from the forecourt was 2 years old but had very low mileage. 2 days after seeing the car wanted I have now driven home. One happy customer, thank you Andy Simspon and the brilliant aftersales team for getting my new car prepared so quickly!

Paul Plaskwa was amazing to deal with, friendly and efficient in our communication, and in organising a car to fit our family needs. Our Kai Xceed was so great to drive, and Paul made sure we had a full run down on the car before driving away to ensure we were comfortable and happy.
