G. H.We picked up our Bailey Unicorn Cabrera caravan from Chris Jones Leisure and had a fantastic experience from start to finish!
It is a family run business who definitely pride themselves in putting the customer first. They even have a large field adjacent to their business so that you can stay the night (or two like we did) to check and see if there are any snags which needs to be rectified on your new van so they can put them right the next day or if you have any questions on how anything works etc....
The caravan had been cleaned to an amazing standard, everything was sparkling like it was brand new. The heating was on and they even had the radio playing which was a lovely touch I thought.
As we were loading all of our gear from the old van into the new van my wife accidentally slipped over on our slippery metal steps twisting her ankle and falling onto the ground in agony, Chris and his family must have heard this and came running round from their office next door too see what was going on!
Chris went back to get an ice pack for her ankle and his son Lewis came back with a cup of tea and his wife some pain killers....! How nice was that! 🙂
Chris also gave me some nice solid grippy steps to replace our dodgy ones!!
There were four vans in the field on the Sunday morning when we were due to leave and one by one we were all shown by Lewis and Ben how to operate our motor movers and hook up safely before we all got on our ways....
We would 100% recommend buying a caravan/motor home or even a trailer tent from here.

B. B.We went to this caravan sales company purely on a whim…. My wife forced me into it!!!! However we looked around and found a beautiful starter caravan that met all of our needs (even mine as a non caravan lover). I then went under the thumb and let my wife take control!!!! We bought it and I have to say amazing I love our new caravan but the attention to service and detail is truly amazing xx I will be coming back x

A. H.This is our first caravan and only the 2nd dealer we visited. Having done research on the Internet, we thought we knew what we wanted... Arriving on site, we were greeted professionally and politely, even the preparation workshop was hard at it! Ben chatted to us, not pushy at all and what a relief. We had a look around at what we came to view and from further discussions showed us another van, presented well the wife and I had a chat and decided it was perfect for us, we bought it! Then we had the free one night stop over, not a gimmick, they genuinely care that you get the best possible service, our questions after were answered politeland professionally with any suggestions needed. Being new to caravaning we were able to try out, make sure everything worked and asked questions if needed. Invaluable! There were some other a seasoned caravaners when we stopped who chatted with us and offered tips and advice, what a lovely bunch! So great customer service, great after care, simply can not fault Chris Jones leisure. I'd happily travel the 90 odd miles to see them for our next van. Ots a shame we can't award more stars is they are easily 10 stars. Can't recommend them and Ben highly enough. Go visit!
J. D.From the first initial telephone contact made, Lewis and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. This continued at our first visit to the dealership, where we were warmly welcomed, greeted by two “family dogs”, (not always there), and offered a hot drink. We were then shown to the specific Caravan of interest, and invited to “go in, sit down, and have a good look around. The Caravan was exceedingly well presented with internal lights and radio on giving a homely ambiance. Lewis arrived having given us time to inspect the caravan on our own, answered all our questions, but at no time gave us any unwanted sales pitch.
We then left the dealership, very interested, but with no pressure to make a decision.
Having considered overnight, we reserved the caravan the next day and again, the impeccable service standards were maintained, and everything was dealt with professionally and efficiently. We agreed and paid a deposit, and agreed a date for collection.
One of the complimentary services offered, is a one night stay in the field behind Chris Jones Leisure, on the night of the Caravan delivery / pick-up. The idea being to try out your purchase, and to iron out any problems identified. We took them up on this offer, in fact we stayed 3 nights in total, with the extra two at our cost.
Being given the opportunity to use the Caravan, we were able to identify a few items which needed attention, nothing was unexpected as the caravan had been subjected to a good PDI.
Lewis and Ben were excellent in dealing with any queries, their knowledge / expertise was second to none, and we were never made to feel a nuisance.
Perhaps some other companies should take a leaf out of their book……….
They did all that was promised, and their customer service was nothing short of exemplary.
We have both spent our whole career within a Customer Facing environment, and consequently, have quite high expectations. It is / was most unusual to find ourselves in the position of being able and wanting to give such a glowing report, what a pleasure.
If anyone out there is a first time caravan purchaser, in our humble opinion, this is the place to go!
They guide you through the whole process, and also take much time explaining everything you need to know about caravanning, including hitching up, using a mover, loading your belongings etc etc.
As I paid for the Caravan by “BACS”, the staff even took the trouble to acknowledge my communication and payment, real peace of mind.
On the day we left, it was actually Lewis’s day off, Ben advised that Lewis would be popping back to say goodbye before we departed………………. he did!!!!
When we left it was like leaving new friends, not just a business.
