Fantastic service as always,had our Malibu campervan a year now,after swapping it from a six berth Serrano Auto Trail ,we loved the Serrano ,but the kids stopped using it,so we downsized to our Malibu,which we love even more.just been serviced and hab tested,all good for another year. I bought a used Rollerteam motorhome from Edwards in November 21. The whole experience has been fantastic. The sales team, Andy and Tony, were honest and did everything they could to make the my purchase suit my requirements. A few bits and pieces needed doing on the motorhome which were all pointed out when I viewed it, and the service department lead by John ordered the parts and made a lovely job of fitting and commissioning them. I cannot fault the service that the staff at Edwards have given, and would not hesitate to buy another new or used motorhome from from Edwards at Kempsey.

Buying our motorhome from here was a real pleasure. Andy and Anthony really take pride in their customer service. We thought we had a fault on our heating and took it back a few days later - turned out it was our fault (hadn't switched something on at the box ) but they just patiently explained everything again to us. Sometimes , buying from a small company can be a much nicer experience. We would highly recommend to others.
