Just back from 2 weeks around Devon in one of the motorhomes. Booking was quick and easy and on the day of pick up Mark gave us a total run through on how everything worked. The motorhome was spotlessly clean with everything provided that we needed for our hol. Would definitely recommend this company and we will be booking again in the summer for our next trip.

Hired a 4 person motorhome for a week in July. As a newbie to this type of adventure I was a bit nervous! Mark was the perfect person to ease my worries, very knowledgable and passionate about the motorhomes. The motorhome was great fun and equipped with everything you could wish for. It was a pleasure to hire a motorhome from Mark. We have never been away in a motorhome before and were overwhelmed with how well equipped our motorhome home was even down to outdoor games for the kids!!! Mark had obviously worked hard to try and make our holiday easy. Beds made up, towels included, fully equipped kitchen and comfy outdoor seats and table to name just a few things that made our holiday easier. We hired the 5 berth motorhome and it was a luxury to travel around in a new motorhome. The whole experience was an adventure and we will definitely be back for more - from this professional, friendly company!!!

I cannot recommend Explore UK and Mark enough, if you are looking to hire a motorhome you will be pushed to find a more professional and organised set up. Mark had thought of everything you may or may not need ,which was provided for you, speaking to other people whilst away who had used other companies, none have them had what we were provided, or the quality of motorhome. Great communication, from start to finish and a really good overview of the vehicle (As we had never driven or hired one before this was invaluable)which made for a great week away. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Mark and Holly. Great communication, answering the many questions I had promptly. I was even given the opportunity to have a look at the motorhomes before choosing which size to hire. The one thing that sets this company apart is that EVERYTHING is included. There are no extra charges, hidden or otherwise. The 'van' was packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay - as a first time motorhomer this was most welcome. I have no doubt that I will hire again next year.

Really enjoyed 9 nights away with hubby and 2 small dogs in one of the motorhomes. However on returning, in time, toilet emptied, waste emptied, full tank of diesel, no damage, Mark was quite rude, said the motorhome smelt of dogs. ... Well after 9 nights touring I expect it did, although I had wiped all furniture, which wasn't cloth so easy clean and won't retain smells, and I'd wiped the floor with anti bac wipes, but as soon as we pulled up he jumped in and complained, not even a "hi and how was your trip". He knew we were taking 2 dogs, so not sure what his issue was. Won't hire with him again which is a shame as we're keen to do another trip. His colleague was nice and friendly but Mark could do with some customer service training.

We have just returned from an amazing 16 night tour of Scotland in their Campervan. From booking it back in March time ,Mark has been extremely helpful in so many ways. The original campervan was not delivered on time so an alternative one was purchased (unfortunately with a fault with the 12 volt electric system, and parts not available in time for our holiday, they came whilst we were away and the problem is now fixed) ) not a problem if you were just staying on sites with 240 volt supply but we wanted to go "wild camping" for a few nights ,so Mark organised an inverter to be fitted which meant we had power for tv, phone charging, a small portable heater and light, he even offered us a full refund if we wanted ,but as we had booked and paid for sites in advance we felt that we wouldn't be able to find another Campervan available at such short notice. We are so glad to have kept our booking too, Mark was friendly, and so helpful and we would certainly not hesitate from booking with Explore Uk Motorhome Hire again in the future, he even refunded the damage deposit as soon as we returned, unlike other companies who we have hired with in the past who make you wait 28 days. We wish him and his family all the best in the future.

It’s been a real pleasure hiring a motorhome from Mark, we have been hiring them for the past few years and I have to say no one has been more welcoming or more thoughtful with what to include. Everything is easy to understand in the paperwork, setting out clear guidance on what happens if you cause any damage. Unfortunately we managed to take out a mirror but I was very impressed that Mark didn’t make us feel bad and it was dealt with professionally. What a fantastic first experience we had hiring a Motorhome from Mark. It was home from home, they thought of everything! The kids had all sorts of games to play (for inside and outside) comfy deck chairs, picnic equipment everything. Mark, Pippa and Holly really went above and beyond to make sure we were very well equipped for our holiday, and we will most certainly be booking up again.

well this little home from home was quite the local celebrity with friends family and neighbors coming to have a look around! Mark supplied the van in an immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials and then some. We had an interesting time touring Scotland which was hard work but the spectacular views and having all our belongings in one place and not having to unpack made up for this. it was a handy and safe way to tour in these unusual times and unexpectedly comfortable. Our friends are already making inquiries for next year so if you are interested i would get in quick!

Booking Was straightforward, We arrived to pick up at the agreed time and everything was ready, Lovely clean Motor home, Mark showed us the important bits and we were off, except i hadn't let the handbrake off, this was the first time driving one of these, soon had it figured out, We Had a very relaxing week, got very cold one night and turned the heating on Wow thats some heater, after ten minutes we turned it off and opened the door, figured out the thermostat, and we were very cosy from then on, Our Thanks to Mark and Team, for making it all so easy,
