K. T.Listers Seat Dealership came up top in my web search for a local garage to deal with a small problem with my Motability car whilst away from home.
The appointment was easy to book on line and a phone call reminders came on the day before the appointment. When I arrived there were few parking spaces to be seen and no disabled spaces. However I simply abandoned the car at the door, and it was whisked away to the workshop.
There was some excellent coffee available in the waiting area and I had barely enough time to drink my second cup when my car was returned. Warning lights extinguished and fluid levels checked and topped up. A remarkable service, and all the staff I dealt with were smartly dressed polite helpful and seemed determined to prove Listers to be dedicated to high quality customer service.

I initially dealt with Tom who sold me the car he was extremely helpful friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble. I then dealt with Lisa on the handover who made it so easy setting up my car for me and talking me through the paperwork and controls. Tom and Becky were so helpful, patient and accommodating as I was such a pain in deciding what to go for! They were so helpful in explaining the options for finance and sourcing the right car from their other depot for me to test drive. They made sure it was all perfect before I collected it and even put up with my crazy kids running round as I was trying to sort all the paperwork! The car is a dream, I love it! Just perfect for what I need for work/kids! I’ve never had an issue with it and have had a couple of calls to check in that it’s all still going fine! I’d definitely recommend, there’s no ‘hard sell’, they just wanted to ensure I was getting the right car for my needs! And despite my initial bunny hop off the forecourt(!), I can’t imagine going back to a manual car now! Thanks guys, you’re fab x

I was kept up to date with the progress of my new car throughout the waiting period of its build.
I had a small issue on collecting the car, but the sales person and sales manager sorted the problem very quickly and arranged delivery to me so i did not have to drive back to the dealer again to collect.
The whole experience was faultless and I am very happy that I used Lister SEAT for my new car.

We dealt with Callum Law throughout, he handled our purchase from my initial call in on Sunday afternoon to the handover this morning.
He was extremely helpful, friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble. On the handover he made it so easy, setting up the car and talking my wife through the controls (her 1st automatic) and even setting up her mobile phone to the car. We couldn’t have asked for an easier and more pleasant experience, thank you very much.

B. S.I bought a Leon Cupra from SEAT Worcester the other week since seeing the ad on their website. I had never bought a car on finance before, but from my experience with the salesman (Tom Hicks), the process was seamless from start to finish. As the model of car was so popular, Tom had it reserved for me through a small deposit (what a legend) and we managed to get in for a test drive just two days later. After taking the car out and discussing finance options, I was sold.
Unlike some garages I'd been to, the sales people at Listers really have your best interests and know what they are talking about, not to mention the added combination of warranty and extras that they offer as standard. I've found the overall customer service to be exceptional and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.
The car itself is brilliant, mint condition and loving every second of driving it!

T. B.We went to this dealership on Monday to view a Seat Arona and p/x our car and we expected to be greeted like we usually are when we go to view cars, with dodgy salesman pitches.
Instead we were pleasantly surprised to be dealt with by a really helpful chap called Cameron Law.
He was not full of the usual sales pitch rubbish, he actually sat and listened to our requirements, gave us time to test drive it on our own, and was very helpful in arranging finance to suit our budget. We went away extremely happy.
Not only that he actually delivered the car 2 days later as i was going to struggle to get there. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

J. J.Coming into the dealership initially I was apprehensive. I hadn't had the best experience with dealerships previously on my last purchase, and I really lost faith in them. Nevertheless, walking in what I loved, was the balance of both male and female car sales individuals. This put me at ease straight away, given that I had a number of sexist comments made at another dealership close to where I live. Not at listers though, as I soon became assigned to Chelsea. She was amazing, she spoke through all the options, did not give the hard sell and most importantly spoke to me like a human rather than using loads of Jargon. She was good at advising, and keeping in touch along the way, ensuring I was fully informed on everything. Her ability to build a rapport with customers was fantastic and excellent with customer service. Thank you so much Chelsea you have given me confidence in dealerships once more.

Transferred the money that afternoon and was offered delivery the next day by Callum, one of Listers Sales Consultants. H. T.After a recommendation from a friend, we (my partner Steve and I) decided to go to Listers with the intention of discussing what my options were with a current finance I wasn't happy with. Callum greeted us and welcomed us in for a chat. We told him everything about my current situation and said I was worried as I wasn't sure where to go from here. Callum talked through all the options I had and explained in detail the steps and consequences for every choice. We felt so reassured after the chat and Callum was so friendly and helpful we really felt like he had our best interests at heart. We decided while we were there to have a look around the selection of cars they had. We were given plenty of time to look around and let us (mainly me!) ask as many questions as I needed, no matter how stupid I felt the question was. Steve and I found a car we both really liked and Callum offered to do some calculations without making us feel like we had to make any purchase at all. After talking things through, I decided I really would like to buy the car. Callum knew I was nervous about getting into another finance agreement but assured me he would make sure it was done right and that there was no need for me to worry. We made an appointment the following week to pick up the car and sign necessary paperwork etc. During that week wait, I had several emails and phone calls updating me regularly with the situation and talking me through what I needed to do leading up to the collection. Again, when we arrived, Callum greeted us and invited us in to start going through the necessary papers. While we were waiting, his colleagues came to chat and offer us a drink (and one for our dog- yes, they are dog friendly!) The atmosphere is lovely there. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful. I felt so relaxed and actually excited picking up my new car which was great considering how nervous I was about the whole situation. We can't thank Callum enough for his advice and support with everything. He is a great member of what is clearly a wonderful team. H. H.I live around 2 hours away from the dealership, but saw an excellent car (67 Ibiza) at an excellent price and so reached out to see if we could make things work! Jackson was excellent from the get-go, he explained that usually there would need to be 2 trips to the dealership before driving the car away, but he appreciated the distance and said it wouldn't be fair to do it that way and would do everything he could over the phone and via email with me to make the process as easy as possible.
Shortly after, I received an informative video presentation of the car from Ben which really sealed the deal with me, just proved that the car looked great and had excellent features. Without Ben's video, I probably wouldn't have bothered pursuing it as it would have been quite the risk to take!
I booked in to go and pick up the car shortly after putting down a deposit on it to secure it. Ben got in touch again to arrange a time for me to pick it up (obviously given the distance, it was a rough estimate). He later informed me that his colleague, Gavin would be doing the hand over as he wouldn't be in.
Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a lovely lady at the desk (I didn't catch her name!), she offered me a variety of drinks and made sure to check whether Gavin was available.
Gavin was great, as was the lady who he was helping to train up (she had only been there for a few months and was doing really well, very personable and friendly - though I've forgotten her name too, sorry!).
I didn't feel like they were rushing to secure the sale or anything like that and had a multitude of different options laid out in front of me along the way in terms of financing and service plans etc. I was introduced briefly to Alice who works on the servicing team there and after a bit of confusion surrounding the service history (a sister dealership didn't stamp the book!), she offered for this to be resolved by them.
Finally, just before being handed the car over officially, I was introduced to another member of staff to show me all the gadgets and how to use the different features of the car (including how to start the car - as I was completely new to the idea of keyless!). Again, I've forgotten his name, but he was very patient, gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions, showed me the most important features and offered his support even after leaving the dealership, stating that they would happily record a video to explain a feature if I was really unsure.
All in all, a great experience without the pushy sales tactics I feared, at no point did I feel like I was being "tricked" into buying additional things that weren't necessary and I didn't feel like I was being judged either. As a young female (and as my first time in a dealership), I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return if I found myself back in the area looking for a new car!

N. Z.Although we didn't buy a car from these guys in the end. I would recommend them in terms of their service. Knowledgeable and worked hard to try and get us a good deal. (which they did) Just trumped by a different manufacturer. Hard job to be in at present with the way the industry is, in terms of getting hold of vehicles, So hard to persuade customers to part with cash when they cant see what they are buying,. Our sales consultant Conisha was super. She was friendly and approachable and had excellent knowledge about the Ibiza and which particular model would best suit my needs. She was clear and methodical when explaining purchase and finance options. Although clearly very good at sales, we didn't feel pushed by a 'hard sell'.
Overall, this car purchase was very easy and stress free and I would highly recommend Listers Worcester if you are considering buying a new Seat.

I cannot recommend Seat in Worcester enough, especially Alice from the servicing department. My car had developed a few faults recently and Alice helped me get all of them rectified, really going above and beyond. My vehicle is on a finance agreement with a maintenance package, dealing with the lease company is bad enough for me but Alice does this for me before I even know about it. She is a credit to Seat. Always service with a smile, no matter how many times you ring her up or turn up at the dealership. Definitely an 11/10 service.

On delivery day, he made a small “sneak peek” video and sent it to me at work so that I would know the car was ready and safe, really making the whole experience just that bit more special. And lastly, he even spent time going through the whole car with me and let me take him out for a short drive to get a feel for the car before driving away. P. N.Apr 2019. After reviewing cars online and finding local dealers, I booked a test drive at Listers Seat Worcester with Joe Kacarevic for the Ibiza. On the day, I called beforehand to see if I could bring forward my appointment, and though Joe was with another customer, I was updated regularly until we could agree a time. All staff were welcoming and friendly, and Joe immediately put me at ease by establishing my aim and getting me into a vehicle. The test drive was great - a decent length, which really let me get a feel for the car. Joe was patient and allowed me to concentrate on driving, but was still engaging and prepared when I commented. On return, we assessed my part exchange, went through some details and potential next steps but it never felt pressured. Within the week I settled on the version I wanted and contacted Joe who was able to meet at a time convenient for me. And despite me being delayed on the day, Joe was still friendly and never rushed. Again, he couldn't do enough to be accommodating and find answers to my questions, which several other staff were happy to help with too. I came away with a great deal on a great car, confident I'd made the right choice - ideal for a first time new car buyer. Now looking forward to picking it up and dealing with them for future services.
Jul 2019. Joe kept in touch with regular updates about my car and time flew until the day he told me I'd be able to pick it up. We arranged to meet to take care of paperwork and go over final questions and they even offered to take delivery of new alloy wheels I'd ordered separately to fit them before my collection date. I'd also requested a part/accessory which had been scheduled in later that week, so by the time I came to collect all work had been done. The car looked better than I hoped and was pleasantly surprised that the orange on the Ibiza is darker than some of the other models. Joe and the team have been a pleasure to deal with from order to collection and I'm looking forward to keeping my car serviced with them in future.

So sorry to be one of your customers who wants a job done properly not with attitude so another seat dealer can have my business next time as I have 3 seats.

Y.Still getting used to our new Alhambra but definitely the right choice for us and the Grandkids. Gavin is personable and was helpful and efficient and kept us informed throughout the process. which made the transition from car to car easy and stress free.
The only criticism we could level at Listers is the difficulty sometimes encountered with the car parking arrangements. Difficulty with parking led to us walking away from a previous dealership as access and distance created problems for us due to my disability.
But brilliant service nevertheless.

Alice who we deal with at Worcester is brilliant in her role in sevice. The Service manager is very accommodating sorting any problems. Also use them for replacement tyres, wheels alway come back washed with new tyre on and no fitting marks.
What I will say is you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t expect anything less from this BLUE CHIP company.

The place has a great atmosphere with the colleagues asking if youd like a drink ( hot or cold ) pretty much as youve just walked in. I had the pleasure of having Gavin assist me with my purchase, he was helpful and friendly on every stage from looking at what car I'm interested in, to signing my documents ( and a courtesty call post-sale ). At no stage was he pushy about any sales aspects, but helpful and knowledgeable about the cars needs. In Gavin's absence ( my fault, being late ) I was assisted by Jackson. Who was also helpful and very friendly. At no point during the process of selling my car and financing a new one, did I feel at all overwhelmed ( as I should have been, as I've never been in that position myself ). L. L.I walked into Listers Seat by myself in May ‘19. Was very nervous and wasn’t quite sure what it was I needed to say. I was wanting to order my 1st motability car. Joe looked after me for the next 2 hours, putting me at ease and answering any questions I had. I test drove my 1st auto vehicle, Joe was amazing to reassure me in how to drive safely. Joe went to no ends to make me a happy customer and treated me like I was the only customer. All staff were very helpful and friendly, offering refreshments and if I was okay.
I collected my car on 13th Aug 19. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and we couldn’t of been more accommodated with joe and others friendliness. 1 member of staff took a toy over for my daughter to play with alongside a colouring pack and then asking permission from me to see if my daughter would like a fruit shoot and a small packet of Cadbury buttons which my daughter couldn’t get enough from.
Will definitely be recommending Seat Listers Worcester to friends and family and I shall remain with this company with any questions or queries that I may have.

J.Fantastic car dealership with real family feel even though part of a large group. Everything from speaking to Sarah (who initially answered the phone and later greeted us in the showroom) through to dealing with Lisa the sales person, was a trouble free and enjoyable customer experience. There was even a small children's area where our daughter could play to keep her occupied! Staff were informative and nothing seemed too much trouble. I went to enquire about a Cupra and though they didn't have any to look at on the day answered all my questions and when I go about buying will almost certainly use this dealership. If you get the same level of customer of service as when I visited you simply can't go wrong here. Highly recommended.

Alice the lady looking after me and my wife and organising the car for its service was excellent...the showroom is Covid 19 ready and all the safe guards were in place to keep us safe and the staff.
All the staff I came into contact with were so nice and you could tell they cared about the experience you are getting when your car is in for service or for anything else I would image....very helpful with local knowledge and on information when I asked about a bike rack for the Arona.
Alice with her colleague, the sales lad at his desk, and the lad who came out to help with the bike rack and not forgetting the lady cleaner who was keeping the place spotless and obviously the mechanics who looked after the car all deserve a thank you as they were marvellous .
Been in hundreds of dealerships over the years and this is the best by far.
You even get a video sent to your phone with a mechanic doing some of the essential visual checks that need to be done to make sure all is well with your car.
Wont be going anywhere else for future services.

During the time I have owned the Leon ST FR in emotion red, I have been extremely satisfied both with the car which in comparison and using the same MQB platform over other VW cars offers real value for money, and is a no brainer. It is also a better looking car in my opinion.
I would like to add the satisfaction from the overall customer service experience I have received from Seat Worcester new car sales and service department teams over the last few years. Their customer focused attitude and commitment has truly surpassed my expectations.
