I went into this garage on Sunday to think about the process of buying a Toyota Yaris over the next six months believing there would be all sorts of supply problems. Two hours later with the amazing help of Sam Godfrey and James, I had bought a hybrid model. The customer care was superb. Sam came in from his day off to assist. Everything was clear and helpful and not “ in your face” sales. I picked up the car yesterday and am pleased as punch to be part of the Worcester Toyota family. Sam went through all the controls for me and answered all my daft questions. Nothing is too much trouble.Even the coffee is good. Probably the best car purchase experience ever! Highly recommend.

Where to start. I can not rate the team at Marshall’s Toyota Worcester highly enough. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Keith I felt as though my custom was important. I was initially dealt with by Abbie who helped me through the range of vehicles and promptly arranged a test drive for me. I loved the car but as everywhere else at the moment stock is an issue. I was however contacted the next day that a car had become available. I went and had a look and was helped by Molly who like Abbie was really great. She looked after me right through the sale assisted By Chip and Nicolai. Callum was available to help with a query when I phoned on Molly’s day off and at the point of collection even Chris the “numbers guy” came out to thank me for the purchase. The handover was really smooth and I was delighted to receive a bottle of bubbly and some lovely chocolates as a gift. That was a nice touch. Top marks for Sam! I have been in the market for a new car for about 12 months now and been round most of the main dealers In Worcester and Sam at Toyota has been the best by a country mile. I was looking for a used car rather than new however Sam did not mind this and did not fob me off which is what most other dealers did when they found out I wasn’t looking at new, I also had a trade in and found I was offered a very fair price at Toyota for my part exchange which again didn’t happen elsewhere. Sam made me feel like a first class customer and I felt I was treated the same as those walking in spending high figures on a new car. I believe Sam isn’t just your regular car salesman but he actually cares about his customers and ensures they get what they want and are happy. Communication was great from start to finish and I walked away with my ‘new ‘ car within a couple of days. Can’t fault Sam or Toyota with the sale of my new car. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic service from Marshall Toyota. Found a used car online and spoke to James, he advised the car had a deposit taken and he had to honour the 48hour window for all customers. I left my number and was told if the customer cancelled or did not come to dealership they would give me a call. Andy called after 48 hours to advise the car was now available, sent over a bunch of photos and videos and I decided to take the chance on a vehicle I had not seen in person. A good welcome and well looked after at this dealer. Just bought an 19plate rav4 hybrid and after the sale I’ve noticed some interior scratches … After few days I went back and showed them the damage and they didn’t hesitate to fix it! I had a puncture on my car late Friday afternoon, the recovery man told me I would need to source a tyre. I called Toyota & spoke to Chloe who was fantastic & couldn’t of been more polite or helpful. She advised me to bring the car as soon as possible once the recovery man had arrived, however I was slightly concerned about getting there before they closed for the day. Chloe assured me that they would wait for me to arrive so not worry. On arrival Chloe was waiting for me, she showed me into the service waiting area & offered me a drink while I waited. Adam the service manager was also fantastic, he managed to get everything sorted along with chloe & I couldn’t quibble with the price. Unfortunately as it was so late on the Friday my car wouldn’t be ready until the Monday, Chloe called me Monday morning to say my car was ready. I couldn’t of been more surprised when I arrived to not only see my car all repaired but also fully valeted! The service from the Team at Toyota is second to none & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. I honestly cannot thank Chloe & Adam enough for their kindness excellent customer service.

As always, very happy with the service carried out on my car. However I was again made to wait for the work to be completed way after the time given: Dropped the car off and advised the work would take one or two hours. Returned at 12.30, to see the car on the lot assuming all was complete. Was told that the car was ready and just waiting for the paper work. It was 1.50 before I was given the paperwork to take the car away! This is similar to an occasion when work to fit a dashcam took over an hour to complete past the stated time!

Hi there. I had my Toyota Avensis Diesel serviced and MOT'd there and they were awesome!!! There was a couple of issues, but Adam Griffin from the servicing department went the extra mile for me and nothing was too much trouble. His approach to myself as a customer and wanting to improve things for other customers was very refreshing. He even posted the paperwork and some parts which i asked for, first class, because i was short of time. I would travel from Cheltenham again next time when i need my car serviced. My car even sounds quieter now! To find a garage and mechanics that you can trust is massive to me. What an amazing experience I have had over the last two weeks. Went in with my son as I had to see what car he would fit in with being 14 but 6ft and Jake and Nick were great took the time with us both while this was all going on. They were both very patient and we had some laughs along the way. After 5 hours I had finally chosen a car. Kept in contact with me over the two weeks while the process was going through. When the day finally came to collect my new 19 plate Corolla Hybrid Jake went above and beyond with me to make sure I was comfortable with how it all worked before I drove it away. On my first visit, I had to wait a while before someone could help me. Following this I found Jake to be very personable and professional. Excellent Customer Service in the Service Department by Jaime, the Assistant Service Manager. Seeking for a second opinion as advised by Toyota Customer Relations, Toyota Worcester was the only dealership amongst all the dealerships I rung nearby who is willing to watch my video clips concerning the engine noise in my Verso. We had a proper meeting together with the Service Technician Ben and in a matter of 20 minutes we were able to diagnose the problem. Keep up the good customer service!

Adam Sikora from Motorline Toyota Worcester emailed me within 24 hours of my visit to the dealership. His followup call was very much appreciated. He was extremely apologetic and went to great lengths to explain how the AutoTrader 'Live Chat" was not something directed by Motorline. I was really impressed with his professionalism, sensitivity and a genuine effort to 'make things right.' If only other companies were as responsive and committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you. After finding a car I was interested in on AutoTrader, I clicked on the car and an automatic "Live Chat" pop up appeared in the bottom right hand corner. I clicked on this and was immediately connected with a Motorline Agent, who took my details including telephone number and gmail. And a promise that a member of the sales team from Motorline Toyota Worcester would contact me. This did not happen. I repeated this action at total of 3 times over the space of 3 days with the same promise. I also complained that no one had contacted me. During the last "Live Chat" session I told the agent that I planned to travel to Worcester (a trip of 76.2 miles from Northants) to view the car. I instructed the agent to inform the the sales team in the Worcester branch and to book an appointment for 12 noon. Once again the agent promised to pass on this message. On arrival at Motorline Toyota Worcester the next day I was told by a sales agent that the car had been sold the previous day!!!!! The sales agent had no knowledge of my enquiries and no knowledge of the appointment made. Neither was he particularly apologetic. This was a total waste of my day and a waste of money on petrol for a 152 mile round trip!!!!! For a company that prides itself on "Exceptional levels of customer service," I cannot endorse this. I recommend that Motorline remove its "Live Chat" gizmo on AutoTrader, as there is obviously no communication between the agents on Live Chat and the sales team that they should be communicating with. An apology from Motorline Toyota would be appreciated and some kind of compensation for the waste of time and travel expenses.

I have recently visited this dealership after showing an interest in the toyota hybrid system from great media coverage since the Volkswagen diesel scam. First of all, I will be the first to admit my view of “car salesman” isn’t the best since I had issues from the very start of my Volkswagen ownership. (terrible experience buying the car) My local toyota dealership is Cheltenham, I went to my dealer before Christmas and had a look around, being the sceptical person I am I thought i will look into making a purchase, having visited the dealer in Cheltenham my suspicions were indeed confirmed, the salesman at the dealer was pushy and was more interested in selling me a car that was his “personal demo” (I suspect so he could get a new one) the attitude was wrong and I left feeling rather disappointed and let down. I then decided to perhaps put my car search on hold until next year (2018). Me and my wife were driving through Worcester and we spotted your dealership next to Honda as we happened to be driving past, despite my bad feeling my wife pursuaded me to drive in and have a look. We pulled into the dealership on what looked to be a rather quiet Sunday, we entered the showroom where a salesman called “Jack” greeted us almost immediately. Obviously my guard was up after my bad experience with Volkswagen and my bad experience with the dealer In Cheltenham, but Jack simply welcomed us and in his words that I remember “I understand you have just walked in, I won’t stand over you, please have a look around, help yourself to tea/coffee I am over here when you need me” I must say, what a great approach from this young man! I felt acknowledged and relaxed in looking at the cars in the showroom without pressure of having a salesman stood next to me watching my every move. Jack happened to be messing with the cars in the showroom, of what looked like charging the batteries of the cars, curious I am so I approached Jack and asked him about the “auris” he happened to be charging from what looked like the boot area. Jack explained the the hybrid system and showed me what was in the boot area (personally I thought he was charging the actual car hybrid battery as I assumed they needed to be plugged in) but jack went on to explain he was simply charging the 12volt battery to keep the cars topped up. He then went on to explain in extremely great and fine detail how the hybrid system works! He answered any questions I had (and trust me, I had a lot) and I myself and my wife were mind blown my just how much Jack knew about the hybrid system and not just the hybrid system, but how the engineering of the cars are made (myself being an engineer for 40 years I like to get an understanding of how things work) it was like he had built the car himself, I suspect he might have started his motortrade career in the workshop area perhaps as his knowledge of engines and how the vehicles worked was outstanding (actually even taught me something’s!) None the less, we took jacks advice and went for a short test drive. Having been greatly impressed with the auris hybrid and how the car works and now feeling fully reasured in my choice my wife and I are just arguing over the colour choice at the moment and specific model to get! We will most definitely be ordering a car from this dealer and from the salesman. I cannot express enough how professional And polite Jack was, he answered all our questions and helped make a choice. He has restored my faith in the car sales industry. This dealer has a great ambassador working for them make sure you look after him!
