Yes when I originally contacted Mercedes Benz to book my car in for a recall I was told by the women who booked it in for me that there was no courtesy cars available at all and she was vague and couldn’t tell me how long I would be waiting for the repair. After booking with her my partner called back 5 minutes later and spoke to someone different and they said in actual fact they did have courtesy cars available and a earlier date available and booked me in. The customer service from her was disgusting, as a loyal customer we should be treated equally to all others. The guy who rebooked and also sorted the courtesy car was really helpful and on the day of the recall all the staff who were there on the day were brilliant and helpful. Really informative and kept me updated, also made sure my car was ready for the time stated in fact it was earlier which was a bonus. They were accommodating to the time I had to collect my son from school in the afternoon. Brilliant customer service from them. Thank you.

VASTLY superior service by your dealership than the one where I bought the car (Mercedes Loughborough) which was and still is horrendous. Well it's our third car with you and to be fair the service you have given has been outstanding, one member of staff that truly goes out of his way to make sure we are happy is Ed Cheshire. He has over the last 6 years has been amazing, has all the time in the world to chat and discuss options and situations as the 2 salesman we have dealt with in the past have left. Our new appointed salesman Mike Harris has also stepped up to the mark and we have become the proud owners of a new C300 well before time. The 2 previous cars a CLA250 and E 350 coupe have instilled immense faith in the brand and we hope that our new one continues the trend. We don't pop in that often but when we do we leave with a massive smile and to say your hot chocolate drink is the best in the country. I truly hope that the relationship with your dealership at Worcester continues as they have a rough idea of what we want next, which as long as the world situation sorts itself out we'll be able to have..

Car was picked up with 53% fuel and returned with 38% fuel for a 19 Mile each way trip driven for over an hour. Always had car serviced here since new and earlier in the year car wouldn’t start as battery in key died meant to change it at service! So asked this time and it was just left on seat in packaging after they said “oh yes we have already changed it”

When I asked them to investigate a noise from the front suspension I felt that I was not being taken seriously . I was correct with my observation and they replaced parts under warranty .
Great but this my second visit to the dealership and think they could improve customer relations to standard more of MB rather than a back street garage. After all my visit was factory recall involving taking 2 cars to & fro.

I just bought a CLA 250 with the premium pack on it 22 plate off Mercedes of Worcester I dealt with a sales guy who they call H this was all done over the phone he initially sent me a video of the car answered all the questions I bombarded him with ha but he has time for me never pressured me once that's what I liked so I then contacted him after a few days he finds me a little discount as I paid cash an also delivered to me in Liverpool free of charge the car when it arrived was exactly how I expected it an beyond the delivery guy was a really nice fella we had a chat but getting back to H he is a credit to Mercedes very professional an polite an new everything that I needed to ask him I can't thank him enough I'm over the moon with the car I traded in a Mercedes c class 220d he gave me the price a expected for it so I can highly recommend these at Worcester I thank H an all involved in the sale an delivery of my car good look to all involved for the future I no I'm going to enjoy my new car thanks a million

Had my car serviced here after a terrible experience with my last visit to Mercedes Cheltenham and Gloucester, who I had previously used on several occasions.
Worcester Mercedes was very easy to find, a short distance if the M5 & the showroom/ reception areas where immaculate.
We waited for my car on the express service scheme and where very impressed with the size and layout of the waiting area. Large screen T.V. to watch Wimbledon on, separate work area with power points and desks to work from, kids play area and self service refreshments on tap.
Very impressed with the service and will use again for servicing, even though it's slightly further to travel.

We had explanation and the help of one of the service engineers/MOT specialist explain before our vehicle was booked in for major work, service< MOT and recall fitting of airbags. Found a car online and it happened to be on the other side of the country.
On request, Marcus sent a personalised video given a detailed overview including the minor defects.
Once an agreement was in place, my bank caused issue when transferring money, which i thought was the end of the purchase.
However, Marcus came up with a workable solution.
Finally, the car was delivered. On arrival, i got a good overview of the car and help setting things up.

I asked for error codes to be downloaded as my Engine Management Light had illuminated a few days earlier but had now gone off. I was told this would cost £120. I was astonished at this as I would assume reviewing error codes was part of my Service Contract. I refused the offer as error codes are often inconclusive. Very disappointing.

Had problem with the aircon. The person who received my call tried to imply that it was normal until I explained that my wife’s Ford Fiesta climate control worked in a far superior manner. Unfortunately I have to return as my car I purchased has a faulty heat sensor switch and was not noticed before I collected the car. Expected more. Took my 2006 A class in for air bag recall this morning. Job took about an hour longer than I was told it would be, but not too bothered about that, they were busy plus, well Covid and all that. What disappointed me most was that getting back in the car, no one had bothered to reset the clock for me and the car hadn't been washed or vacuumed. I know these are small/silly things but after over a decade of owning VW's, Audi's and BMW's (different family members including my wife and I)I know that would have done. Plus, the car was always washed and vacuumed even if it was just going in for a small job.
First experience of Mercedes, not owned one before and I must say the experience wasn't what I was expecting. Overall the staff were pleasant, but, the service I received was nothing special. Offered just 1 drink in the whole time (hour and a half) I was there. Wouldn't have minded except that, for obvious reasons, you weren't able to serve yourself. When other customers' in the waiting area were given their keys back, a member of the team would come over, sit with them and explain what work had been done, along with any additional work carried out or needed. When it was my turn my name was just called out from reception. I was handed my keys given an "all done" and that was it.
As a business owner I was surprised by the perceived favouritism showed to other people as I try and give all my customers good service no matter how much money they spend.
Not overly impressed. Sorry. Perhaps it's because mine is an older car? But should that matter? I will be looking to part ex it at some point, but for a newer Mercedes? Jury's out I'm afraid...

I was a little concerned due to some of the low reviews on here however I could not be more impressed.
The car was picked up late Friday due to breakdown. By 11 AM Monday morning the car was fixed, cleaned and ready for collection. Communication was excellent and they even fixed a small issue I was unaware of. All this done on warranty.
From my experience it was excellent from start to finish.

I spoke to the sales exec Haim who told me the car had just been sold to another customer subject to their finance being accepted which was massively disappointing. I remained on the premises while the car was being serviced and MOT'd, in total a three and a half hour wait. While the hygiene and social distancing precautions taken were fine no one gave me any updates on progress during the time I was there. Anyone waiting for more than two hours really does need to know what is going on and when the car is likely to be ready.

Had 2 new tyres fitted and my wheels were scratched during fitting, could this be passed on to the service department please. They do a fantastic job normally and this is the first time is happened, so could look in to the way they fit tyres in the future. I think you are very expensive. I had a class "A" service to my SL350 with MOT at a cost of £1,057.00 I also had a couple of fault's that I asked you to looks at.1) the boot lock does not always lock (perhaps 1 out of 30) and a slight leak from the roof down the RHS pillar. You charged me £120 just to look at these then quote me £460 to replace the boot lock, I fixed this with a squirt of WD40 and £440 for a new roof seal. Then £55 for a MOT when I can get an MOT for £35 at a plethora of garages. You are pricing yourselves out of the market!

Phone Mercedes Bristol (local garage) to see what deals they had on a new GLA, didn't feel that they were offering a great price - did some research and phone Mercedes Benz Worcester - spoke to Dave, very helpful and responsive - phoned back the same day with a great deal - and trade in offer - without seeing my car. On pick up day, Edward was very professional - click and collect only but was very impressed with the service and COVID precautions. Will use Worcester in the future - although 50 miles away - easy drive up the M5 with the garage being located a couple of miles from the junction.

I had to explain the issues I had with the car, and how I had diagnosed them four times, to three different people. Each time I was speaking with someone who didn't really understand the issues, and I was not put in touch with a technician or engineer who most certainly would have understood. In the end, one particular issue was not replicated by the dealership because they did not follow my instructions, and therefore they did not remedy it.
I will have to take my car to another Mercedes dealership, despite MB of Worcs being the closest to me.
My job sheet also incorrectly stated the other issue I had with the car, although the technician was able to accurately diagnose and resolve this issue.

It's not often you have 100% positive experience at a main dealer these days. From personal experience they are usually disappointing, expensive and leave an air of despondence at the lack of care and value (all my previous experience with JLR dealerships) Mercedes Benz of Worcester are, in comparison, a revelation. My wife's SL's B service was much cheaper than expected. Couple that with some excellent (read: straight & honest) customer service regarding my GLE's B service due in 6 weeks. I had my car serviced at Worcester Mercedes at significant expense three months ago. The aircon system required regassing but as the machine on site was faulty the job could only be partially done and I was invited to return to get it completed properly and was informed that it would be a quick simple job. I called today to book the car back in ahead of a long drive next week and got through to what I guess is a remote call centre who liaised with the dealership. Despite the inconvenience of me having to return the car and the fact that it is only a 'quick job' no space could be found in the schedule to correct the earlier service failure. Clearly a dealership that doesn't go the extra mile. Poor service.

We always moan about poor service but we never give credit to people who are pleasant and provide a good service that is pleasant and kind of makes life simple.
In October 2018 I was getting ready to move house and my Motobility Contract was coming to an end too! I wasn't going to bother looking for a new car even though my current car had a horrible vibration and it was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort and I dredded going to a Dealership to pick a new car!! Well that was till I visited Mercedes in Worcester with my daughter, who is also my carer, where we met the lovely Carl Cull.
We had arranged a test drive for a Sunday afternoon we turned up in good time and went to Reception to register. We were told to wait and someone would be with us shortly. It was a lovely day and we were really looking forward to the test drive! We waited and waited and time was ticking on and they were closing early because it was Sunday. We had come all the way from Birmingham and we were getting really agitated and p'd off by now. It seem as if all the sales persons had taken to the hills. We were just about to leave when the lovely Carl asked us if he could help, we said we had an appointment booked for a test drive and we were waiting for the sales person. We had been waiting over half an hour or so and there wasn't much time to start a car engine never mind to Test Drive one!! The sales person who we had an appointment with never made himsell known to us but You know who you are!! I wouldn't judge a book by it's cover if I were you, take a look inside and you might be surprised!!
The lovely Carl came over to us again and said he would look after us. He was so helpfull and because we only had about fifteen minutes to test the car Carl said he would arrange for us to have another test drive so we could have a longer time!! I suffer from Arachnoiditis which causes severe nerve pain 24/7 and triggers numerous spasms so comfort is very, very important to me. We tested the A Class, lovely car, just made for me!! If I may say so a lovely womans car everything within easy reach!!
Carl kept in touch and phoned me every week to see how things were progressing with my case. If Carl hadn't come up to us on that Sunday Afternoon in October we would have walked out and never gone back!!
I have my lovely new A Class now and I love it! It is sooooo comfortable!! The lovely Carl still rings me to see how things are going. Is that service or is That Service!!!
If you are looking for a car give Mercedes Worcester a visit! I would recommend Carl one hundred percent. He is lovely, pleasent, professional and a credit to Mercedes Worcester!!
