I recently used Pyramid Car Care to carry out a full PPF installation on my brand new BMW M3. It also had ceramic protection applied to the wheels and carbon roof, as well as full upholstery and glass protection. I cannot thank Ryan, Callum and Team enough, what a phenomenal job they have done! I'm so happy with the finished result and have no hesitation at all in recommending these guys to anybody, great lads! Every step of the process was fantastic, Ryan is very knowledgeable about his products and the options that were available to me, alongside an impressive portfolio of other vehicles they have worked on. The end result is not only stunning, it was great value for money too. I'm looking forward to the guys doing future maintenance detailing when it needs pro attention. I've no doubt it's going to look fresh for years following their efforts. Huge thanks again!

Ry had my MK 7.5 Golf R in for the day and gave it a stage 1 paint correction, 5-year ceramic coat, wheels off ceramic coat and a glass coat as well as going the extra mile and giving the interior a once over, the end result was incredible. I also had the pleasure of hanging round the shop for the day and got to ask Ry/Dan a tonne of questions, not only do they know their stuff, they also have a real passion for it. Aside from the fantastic looking results that we’ve had on one of our cars, I also wanted to share some feedback on the ‘extra mile’ touch we received. We were away for the weekend and were able to drop the car off early and collect on a Bank Holiday. Furthermore, upon collecting the car, my van broke down at the entrance to the industrial estate so I had to wait for recovery! Dan very kindly offered us tea and coffee and waited until the AA had been and made the repair, and he even offered me a lift home if all else failed. It was a very nice touch, and I look forward to coming back in the future.

I can not rate my first (of many) service experiences with Pyramid Car Care highly enough. Ry (owner) was incredibly flexible in the lead up to my unknown delivery time of my new car and communication/customer service was second to none throughout. I had a new car detail package, which included a 1 stage polish, body, glass, alloys inside and out and calipers protected with their own 5yr ceramic coat and interior protected. The results are genuinely incredible. This morning I woke up to dew drops beaded all over my car which was a sight in itself, but as soon as I drove off, they all collected and dropped straight off the car at about 5mph. Was amazing to watch!! Having to wait 1 week to wash it for the first time, but after 500 miles it's still so clean there's not much need! Seems to repel dirt as well as it does water! I've had 3 ceramic treatments on my new cars before by other detailers using expensive 'named' brands but I've never seen run-off like their product provides. For service, quality and value, these guys can simply not be beaten. Thanks PCC! 👊🏻

Wow pyramid car care. Firstly your original car glass coating was amazing. The repelling of the water and hydrophobic qualities were amazing. At 45 mph and it sheets off the windscreen effortless. If you follow the instructions provided you cannot go wrong. I cleaned my windscreen with a clay bar glass polish then 001 steel wool. It was spotless and had nothing on it. 3 doing all the point above, regular washing and car i got 11 month out of the product 2 coating. I was rather pleased with this .Then you brought out v2, to me I didn't think the product could be improved but I was wrong at 35 mph the windscreen clears the application was as easy as before I am currently 4 months in on the new v2 it's still working fantastically. The final product I've used is your Premium ceramic coating. I followed all the steps to ensure my car was car clean before hand and full decontamination followed by a machine polish to polish out any marks caused by the clay bar marring. I went for this ceramic coating mainly for the drying time and two year protection and price. This product is one of my favourites , easy to apply simple easy instructions to follow. The ceramic dries in 30 minutes and has a 9h hardness rating the high gloss finish too just makes it all worth it. when it comes to washing your car after you've applied the ceramic coating. I was shocked how easy it removed the basic dust and the dreaded bird poo. It has made such a different. Also i have found the guys at pyramid car care have always been so helpful, i have asked multiple questions and being a women I often have these ignored but pyramid care car treat everyone the same and offer great aftercare. I was recommended Pyramid Car Care by another company and it was a great recommendation. Ry came across as someone who really cared about the work he does, passionate, enthusiastic and detailed, it gave me the confidence to give him my new Mustang to do the full treatment on with the level of detail and attention the main dealer never would. Communication was great and was centred around what I needed, no up sale, no pushiness. Dropped the car off Friday morning and picked it up Saturday lunchtime looking oh so much better! Every little defect or swirl was gone, it’s now shiny and glossy right down to the tight corners of the paintwork and on every inch of the alloys. My review of pyramid car care is mostly geared (pardon the pun) towards the recent marketing services I’ve been receiving from them. (See further down if looking for that). However, I would like to open by saying as a company in general, whether you’re a professional trade customer like myself looking for high quality ceramic coatings and wash products, a weekend warrior wanting to take care of their car - or simply a consumer (down south) looking to have your car detailed- you would be mad not to use Pyramid! My first experience of the company was an extremely warm and friendly phone call to check up on an order. I’d ordered my first batch of ceramic coatings during the xmas holidays 2020. I wasn’t expecting an answer, but I was greeted with a bubbly person on the other end of the line who knew my name and order when I mentioned it - and sent it out next day delivery for free (at the time you had to pay for that). Ever since then, advice, detailing chat etc was always readily on hand. I can honestly say without the quick cure times of their coatings and advice, my business would not have grown nearly as much as it has. The customer service is on a different level. Once Callum offered to meet me halfway between Edinburgh and Worcester (3hr drive) to personally hand me a coating that was delivered late so that my customer didn’t miss out. He would have driven all the way (12 hr round trip) if his wife wasn’t heavily pregnant! FYI: They quickly changed to DPD as delivery company with free next day delivery as a result! MARKETING I had been using a local marketing person for a few months at the end of 2021 into 2022. Enquiries were slowing down, I needed help - and he seemed to know his stuff. Fast forward 3 -4 months, he had went over budget without telling me and my Return on Ad Investment (ROI) - for every £1 I spent- I was only getting about £1.70-2 back- this was barely enough to cover the ad costs and his fee. (Marketing industry standard is about £1 to £8 ROI.) Pyramid Car Care offered to take over my marketing , they were planning on offering that to detailers soon- and being a regular customer- were more than willing to lend a hand. INSTANTLY I was spending less and getting more for it. I had just taken 1 month unpaid leave and entering Jan/Feb - its always a tough time of year. But these fast results put me at ease. As the first few months have went on, ROI is now about £15 from every £1 spent. Not only is Calum and Pyramid a great marketing choice, it is THE marketing choice. Their techniques (trade secret) and knowledge makes other marketing companies a thing of the past. Their monthly fee is about the same as anywhere else. You know you’ve got someone who know their s##t when they are squealing with excitement over numbers, terminology and “geeky stuff”, codes and all other things I don’t know anything about. Business has been so busy I am struggling to find the time responding to all the enquiries coming in whilst I complete the jobs. This week I have booked the 700 mile round business trip to go down and meet the guys in person and do some PPF training. In short. Amazing Products. Top Class Service & Knowledge and simply lovely human beings. I look forward to growing our businesses together and being personal friends with one of the soon to be biggest detailing company in the country.

Ry and Dan took my very tired looking, 32 year old Peugeot 309 and restored it to as close to showroom as possible! It went in looking faded and sorry for itself, and came out looking newer than my other (only 12 year old Volvo) car. The level of detail and care taken over my old Banger was incredible, you can tell these guys run the company for the love of cars! I can't get over the difference a day of hard work from two very good detailers has made to my old 309. I'm so proud of how it looks now, I'm almost scared to use it day to day!!! If its a full on 2 day detail or a mini valet on a ford focus i always use the best and if all pyramid car care products are as good as there window cleaner and fallout remover then over the next few moths i think i will be adding there products to my detailing arsenal. I wanted to get my (new to me) but 2nd owner Audi A5 in mythos black detailed to removal the swirls and defects the car had accumulated before I bought it. After searching online, I came across pyramid car care who were happy to do a no obligation quote. After popping down to their unit I was seriously impressed with the Worcester team (Ry and Dan) and their knowledge was incredible. The unit is professional, modern and almost surgically clean with Dan and Ry able to spot defects in the paint work I had ever noticed and explained how they have likely happened. I decided that I wanted to refresh my 10-year red Astra GTC paint finish after a few hours of research I came across a local company called Pyramid Car Care. After speaking to Ry on the phone and visiting him onsite, my wife and I were impressed by how good the 5-year Pro ceramic coating looked on a car that he had just finished. We decided that my wife should have her new black Corsa treated to a Pro ceramic coating as well. Both cars were booked in for single stage paint correction, a full Pro ceramic coating, wheels off with a glass coating protection as well. The paint finish/shine was spectacular and amazing just like glass. My 10-year Astra GTC car was made to look like new again and my wife car finish was better than the day she picked up from the dealership! We are both really pleased and will be booking both cars back for maintenance cleaning. Ry came across as someone that is passionate, enthusiastic about the products that he is using. Took a car with a leather issue to Pyramid, and after carefully reviewing the problem, they were honest enough to say a repair was unlikely to be successful, and that replacing the piece of leather was the best solution. I took my VW Polo to Pyramid Car Care for an enhancement detail. The guys completed a single stage polish and I opted for their 5 year professional ceramic coating. This is a 17 year old car, and it now looks as good as new. Water, and dirt used to sit on the paintwork, but it now beads off. Highly recommend
