Bought a car, was very happy with the service and felt confident that the dealer was genuine. just under 3 months after purchasing the car it developed a fault with the ABS (just one of those things and nothing anyone could have expected). Simcol cars had put a 3 month warranty on with WarrantyWise. The part was covered on the policy, however the warranty company rejected the claim. Simcol cars went above and beyond, contacting the Warranty company to complain and provide further evidence of service history. As a result the Warranty company conceded to pay toward the repair. Would feel confident buying from this dealer again.
