Very reasonable price offered the young lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This place gets a lot of negative press saying how they know the price down but if you are honest in the first place then that wouldn't happen.......

Well I was very sceptical at first. My dad was buying a new car from a garage and they offered him £3k which we thought was low. So we went onto we buy any car .com and the price cane up almost £2k more. Out of interest we decided to attend the appointment not expecting to much, and delighted they offered £4,250 after the inspection. The chap whom dealt with us, Carl, was very friendly and knew his job. Anyway, a very pleasant experience and can't fault them at all. They even added more to the value to compensate the fee at the end, which was very unexpected and a pleasent surprise. All in all a great experience and outcome !

He did a detailed check on our car and valued it keeping our best interest in mind. At the point of sale he went above and beyond his duty to help us complete the sale. Realistic assesment and valuation. Very good customer service from Carl, also very helpful with other car related questions. Happy with the outcome. Its best to get a valuation on-line before going to the centre as ballpark figure very useful.

Helpful and realistic! Completely hassle free from the moment I arrived! If you want more then sell privately, and be prepared for the aggravation that entails! I found them realistic and fair in their valuation, and no I wasn’t desperate to sell! Seriously it doesn’t matter about the appearance of the place or the salesman, it’s all about the the service you receive, which in my opinion is first class!
