N. R.I’m so happy I decided to go with Caffyns Worthing! Joe Cosgrave is a top quality asset to the company. I found a car test drove it and picked it up within 3 days! The process was so quick and smooth! Joe was kind enough to fill my tank and give me a VW apple car play wire for my car too. He was efficient, made me feel very comfortable and had great conversations. I can’t thank him enough! I would 100% recommend and I have nothing negative to say which is rare lol

M. B.They are amazing as a dealership and especially their Service Manager (#StuartMustchin) who once again went above & beyond when all the 12v sockets in my Q5 stopped working recently. I tried to ‘self serve’ by changing the fuse that I thought was the culprit, but what I hadn’t realised was that the power lead for my after market dash cam was shorting itself out and causing the 12v socket fuse to keep popping. I eventually bit the bullet and took it to Stuart and he identified the issue in 10 mins, recommended I got a new lead & fitted a fresh fuse (leaving the offending lead unplugged). Sure enough, after buying said new lead, all is well again and I’m once again a very happy ‘Audi’ist’. Stuart is always cheerful, helpful and happy to provide guidance or help, often FOC. Thank you Stuart !

P. H.Amazing service helping with a warranty issue on my Golf GTI which had left me with no wipers. Having been let down by another Dealership Group who were unhelpful and had supplied the car, Caffyns went the extra mile to really accommodate and help.
