Amazing. Is all i can say. I have been looking for a new car and I found it. I was gutted when someone else put a deposit on it. However Sasha was amazing advising me the next day that the person doesn't want it, so got in touch with me and made it as smooth as possible to get the car. It was originally due to be delivered on a Monday however that wasn't convenient for me so Sasha made it possible to be delivered to Plymouth on a weekend. Mark was fantastic very friendly and great to talk to very helpful. Received the car in great condition very very happy and couldn't have asked for a better dealership. Highly recommend. Test drove a car on Friday after speaking to Sasha the day before about my car and part exchanging it etc. It was my first time test driving a car and Sasha came with me and made me feel really at ease. I paid my deposit on the car and picked up the car the following Wednesday. Such a nice garage and not pushy at all like some other garages. Also the 6 month warranty is great considering most are only 3!! Thanks again and I’ll defo be back when the time comes for a new car.

Fantastic buying experience and fantastic day out I found the car of my dreams on line at PR car sales, contacted PR car sales and spoke to Sasha on the phone and from the first phone call to when I left the showroom with my new car the level of care, friendliness and professionalism was excellent. Fantastic service at PR cars today. We had quite a journey to get there but it was absolutely worth it! On arrival sean was there to welcome us before we had even got out of the (old) car. He is professional & helpful but more then that he is a very kind man who will go out of his way to make the experience of purchasing a car exciting for a child too! We bought a Renegade which is in absolutely fantastic condition and pretty much every other car we saw looked immaculate too! We would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from this company. OK. I'm always a bit concerned when I see a 5 star review. I am not a person who buys second hand cars very often. COVID, has made things more complicated. Not here though. On arrival we were greeted by Phil, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Without going into too much detail, a decent negotiation and we brought a 17 plate Skoda Octavia. We picked the car up from Sacha who went through the final details, again knowledgeable and friendly. I always think with a review if it means anything, would you go back? If I ever need another car I would go back here.

PR car sales are not just the nicest car showroom we've ever encountered but theyre probably the nicest small business we've dealt with. We used to walk past their business and as owners of a beloved scruffy old Micra we thought if we ever needed to get another car, we'd try this place. They are not flash, not scruffy, their cars arent overpriced, there is no hard sell at all..just relaxed. And then we discovered, they are also seriously helpful.WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM. Great place to purchase a vehicle with had my car delivered sat 26th feb 21 staff are great & pleasant to talk to & my 66 reg renault in immaculate condition & spotless interior. As i had never done anything like purchasing a vehiclei i had only seen on line & didnt get to test & view untill arrival . I was more than happy a knew i made the right choice. Obviously not forced to take if on arrival you dont like the car s for some reason. SEAN was honest when talking on phone & car was deffo as nice as he said so himself. Amazing customer service, we traded in our old car and got a new one. Unfortunately there was an issue with the clutch and internal screen! We contacted the garage and they fitted a new clutch and paid for a replacement screen which wasn’t cheap but they covered the whole amount. Purchased a Ford Fiesta for my wife and the dealership could not help us enough. They agreed my specific requests and had the vehicle ready for collection on the agreed date/time, which included a full service using genuine Ford parts. One key fob wasn't working which we were told to pop into Fords and the dealership would cover the cost, so we did this on the way home and 40 minutes later the key fob was working fine at no cost to ourselves. Very impressed and happy with the car we bought.
