We purchased an estate from Marc to move up to Scotland with about 3 weeks ago. He was very friendly and very helpful throughout. We'd just had a cam belt go on our previous van, so we were focused on getting that changed immediately as it hadn't been done. Marc organised for it to be replaced at an amazing price, which was extremely good of him. The car has since performed brilliantly on our long journey. Couldn't be happier. We bought a Vauxhall Astra from Marc last month after taking it for a test drive and falling in love with it. Marc was really friendly, helpful and professional. On the day we picked up the car we drove it away and shortly after discovered there was a fault with it. We rung Marc and he immediately dealt with the issue, the car was taken to a garage and kept there until everything was sorted. He kept us updated throughout and even offered us a courtesy car. When the car was ready he even took it for a long drive to ensure that everything was ok and made us feel at ease the whole time. I would recommend TopMarcs to anyone looking to buy a car, a really genuine guy with excellent customer service. And we absolutely love the car!!

Bought my car from TopMarcs about 5 months ago now. Promised to leave a review at the time but completely forgot however it's perhaps more valuable a review for any potential buyers in the fact I can say I am still very happy 5 months after buying the car. Very friendly and honest person, was just as happy to speak openly of any negatives as he was the positives. Never felt any pressure to buy the car and he even insisted in taking me through the paper work after the test drive without me having to ask to see it. I was a particularly difficult customer in that a friend of mine was purchasing the car for me and was therefore more complicated in involving a middle man. Marc was really helpful in accommodating this and making it stress free. I would say the car cost me above the average dealer price for the car but I'm still happy I paid a bit higher as I was confident I was buying an above average condition and reliable car which time has proven it to be. He was so confident in the quality of the car he was selling he even said he would always buy it back from me should I ever wish to sell it, albeit at dealer cost price. I was given the option to buy the car as it was or buy it with the cambelt and various other bits done (I can't be more specific as I know very little about cars). I chose to have the bits done as they would only need doing 6 months down the line and would have likely cost me more than TopMarcs wanted. Once I picked up the car I took it for a drive which went okay but when I went to go out in it again it wouldn't start. I called Marc and explained that it wouldn't start and he was excellent, he got straight on the phone to the garage that had done the work on the car (it was only collected from the garage earlier that day) and within 15 minutes a mechanic from the garage was with me looking at the car. They were unable to sort it there and then so towed it back to the garage. Marc continued to speak with the garage and I to ensure I was updated and my car was delivered back to my door two hours later, turned out to be a simple thing that they sorted and gave me a voucher for a free MOT for the trouble. It's been perfect ever since. Obviously this was no fault of Marc himself but I felt worth mentioning as I was impressed with swift service to ensure the problem was sorted and that I was happy. TLDR; Buy with confidence :)
