Excellent customer service. We were able to browse cars onsite as well as looking online at cars available at other Yeoman Nissan dealerships.

Although I am not currently a customer of Yeomans in Worthing, I made an enquiry about a Qashqai I bought elsewhere but which has been serviced at the Worthing branch for most of its 8 years. Paul McDermott, the After Sales Manager was absolutely brilliant in explaining what could be provided and what couldn't in respect of the car's service history (whilst rightly maintaining the anonymity of the previous owner). I was really impressed with Paul's attention to my request, particularly because in the grand scheme of big dealerships it could have been brushed off as trivial. This was made more impressive due to the fact, as mentioned above I am not even a current customer of Yeoman's (but may be from now on!)

Just called in one Sunday morning to see what was on offer, whilst looking around James Hunter introduced himself to us. I was very interested in a low mileage second hand car, James told us everything we needed to know and let us have a test drive. Loved the car so much we signed up there and then. I noticed a problem with the rear seat upholstery and James said it would be fixed before taking the car, along with a new MOT. We arranged pick up for the following Friday. I would just like to say what excellent service I had from your colleague Noel Luck last week when I bought a Qashqai from your Worthing showroom.
I had put off buying a new car for over a year and went in expecting the ‘hard sell’. But the experience was totally different and after Noel introduced himself, he made me feel very relaxed and did not pressure me at all. I think I was more keen to buy the car there and then than he was to sell it to me!
He has a great manner and patiently explained all the new features of the car which was extremely helpful.
I even discovered where to buy the best worms for fishing- not that I’m a fisherman, but a handy life hack as they say.
But just to say Noel is a great ambassador for the company and he made the whole experience a lot easier and enjoyable than I imaged it would be.

Saw a vehicle I was interested in advertised. Had to wait a week or so as it had just come in. James very helpful and knowledgeable. No hard sell but lots of free coffee. Other staff on site helpful as site crammed with cars to chose from and can be tricky getting out! Did a test drive with a small detour I chose and then agreed to buy the car. Reasonable deal with trade in and some "sweeteners" although i always feel afterwards that i should have haggled more. Car ready just over a week later as promised despite Christmas break. All the paperwork dealt with efficently. Am very happy with the car so far. Will update review when I've directly used the service side.

I bought Nissan Qashqai from this dealership just over a year ago, the pre sales experience was not the best I've ever encountered and the salesman who 'looked after me' ... has since left the company. The car has been running fine until a couple of months ago when it developed a front windscreen issue, I experienced a very frustrating period of time trying to get a review of the situation clarified/sorted between Nissan UK & Yeomans at Worthing. I was on the verge of escalating to a high level within Nissan UK but before doing so I called in again to Yeoman's to see if any progress had been made. I then had the good fortune to meet Paul McDermott (aftersales manager) who said he would take ownership of my issue, review all the documentation and call me within a couple of days to confirm a way forward, he took full ownership. To his word he called me and gave a clear concise way forward to resolve the situation . Paul and his team (the dealership is full of people named Paul) did exactly what they said they would do. His actions have turned my initial perception of Nissan from fairly negative to a very positive view. thanks again Paul, the service I received is greatly appreciated.

Hi all. Just wanted to share my story about recent experience at Nissan Yeomans in Worthing. I am a happy owner of Nissan Leaf for more than a two years and always was welcomed at the dealer while I was charging my car. Nice and helpful reception, friendly sales. End of last I decided to upgrade my Leaf. Don`t get me wrong, I loved my "white ninja", my daughter (6y) even cried when I told her. But I just wanted to extend the mileage a bit, so we can travel with my family along the cost this summer. Leon looked with me at all available options and helped me to pick the best one based on my budget. The bad news was, that I would have to wait the manufacture for a few months. I was upset, if not more. I hoped to get a car in January, for my birthday. A few days later Leon called and told me , that there is one car, like I wanted, available within a week. What a dream it was. Later I`ve heard stories about people awaiting four, five and even six months for the new Leaf and realised, what a great job guys did for me. Thanks and all the best in future. They have an excellent used car selection, I didn't count but easily over 50. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. we purchased a pre registered Quasqai which I considered an excellent deal. Rather than walking past a customer waiting at the entrance, you can still say hello to the waiting potential customer and give a rough idea of how long it will be.
Finally after about 10 minutes someone spoke to Mr and said it will be a further 5 minutes. That's fine, but please don't ignore in eye contact, or walk past waiting customers without acknowledgment.

Had a problem with my 3 1/2 year old vehicle - water pump had failed - Paul and his team were great and made representation to Nissan on my behalf. Could not have asked for better service.

I had previously spoken on the 'phone and was told that a particular job would cost £80 but when the price was checked I was told it would be £100. I booked the car in. Having taken the car in for service and MOT and the additional work I was told the latter would cost £138. This is for updating the Satnav.
After the service I was told that they could not find the service book for it to be stamped and if I could not find it and wanted a new one it would cost me £12 or £14.I had already explained that when we bought the car there the paper MOT could not be found and was told it would be forwarded to me. It never was. The implication given by the garage staff being that I had lost the service book.
I checked the car and the service book was not there and when I arrived home I checked the paperwork I received when buying the car and the service book was not there. Given the garage's failure to find the paper MOT in July 2016 and its failure to reset the car's electronic record that it had been serviced in 2016 it seems reasonable, on the balance of probabilities, to accept the garage has also mislaid the service book back in 2016. There has been a complete shift in attitude from the time of the sale to afterwards. Most disappointed.
The day after writing the above I received a call from the appropriate manager to discuss the problems. He apologised that this had been necessary and for what had occurred. The issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The prompt action and manner in which this has been dealt with means I have upgraded my review.

HI, just wanted to let people out there know how good the Nissan garage is at Worthing. I purchased a Nissan xtrail and what a fantastic vehicle in every way good looking full of great tec, great boot space and under floor storage easy to drive and park with park assist great on fuel, the service manager Paul and his team are so polite helpful nothing is to much trouble, we looked at and tested out many vehicle's before buying this one, now having had this xtrail for some 4mths we really did buy the right one
