We purchased a 2022 Bermuda and we would just like to say how excellent the service was. Martin was very good with us whenever we rang to ask about the caravan due to the delays with the manufacturer. A very special thank you to Gavin and the workshop team for ensuring we understood all the operations of the caravan and how everything worked and made himself available on the other end of the phone if we needed further help which is very reassuring thank you

We had several problems with our motor home when travelling through. This garage was recommended (on a Facebook page), so I phoned and they let us bring it straight in. Problems both Identified and fixed in no time. All the staff I saw were fabulous and went above and beyond so that we could continue our travels. Highly recommended.

We have visited here a few times sometimes just to see what they have,never come away empty handed. Approach road is a collection of potholes and has been similar for quite a while ,how would your new caravan look when you reached the main road? Counter service is varied ,no customers ,but this guy messes with his mobile until you start to wonder if you are invisible ,then by magic springs to life and seems charming .Saw this happen twice rather bizarre. Prices Ok but not what is expected in 2022

Bought a new caravan and found the service friendly and positive. My first impressions has been of a no nonsense supportive dealership. We have had one problem with a window blind. It was reported and fixed within a week. So far we are very happy to have chosen Clwyd Caravans.

We can’t recommend these guys highly enough!! We are absolutely delighted with our new Pilote motorhome. It’s great to find good old-fashioned service with a smile. Martin and the team are friendly and professional , and they certainly went above and beyond in the “customer after sales“ department, to sort out a couple of teething problems for us. They saved us from having to make a 600 mile return trip as they worked Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning to iron out the issues for us, after we collected it. Special thanks has to go to Gavin for his endless patience and efforts!! We would definitely use them again, and they have an amazing shop with everything you could possibly need for happy motor homing/caravanning and camping 😁

Been using them since 2009. Had 2 new caravans from them and would have had a third but they didn’t offer the brand we wanted. Technical staff are brilliant always going out of their way to solve the problem. Very thorough blokes. I wish we could still use them but warranty won’t permit. Recommend without hesitation.

The sales staff we have dealt with have all been lovely . Rachel in after sales is great and has always been a great help . The guys in the service part are great when we first collected the caravan they spent lots of times going over things with us making sure we were happy and knew how everything worked. They also always show you them tightening the wheel nuts so you know they are correct. Only thing missing is coffee and cake :)

On route to the Welsh coast from Yorkshire our caravan electrics cable became damaged. Called in at Cywyd Caravans who fixed it for me straight away whilst being very busy. I was back on the road within the hour and all done at a reasonable cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Have moved out of area so clwyd caravan don't service our Bailey caravan. Had an emergency with trying to change water filter. Phoned for help. Went there from ellesmere and job was sorted - with no charge and an old friendly face. Will be returning to them later in the year for a service. Many thanks Clwyd Caravans

This place is a little gem. Even if you don't have a caravan or camper, consider the shop as it is an Aladdin's cave of useful items. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant too. Good prices.

Great service and friendly staff. I have a Buccaneer Cruiser, the staff at Clwyd Caravans have been genuinely helpful. The Guys in the repair shop are very knowledgeable and willing to help and advise. The owner Alan is a fountain of knowledge too when I've been looking looking for spares and accessories. His son Martyn couldn't be more helpful when I've needed specific help and advice about my Buccaneer. I can always find something new in the accessory shop. The only thing that would improve shopping at Clwyd would be a cup of coffee. 10 out of 10 chaps, we'll see you soon.

I like this shop, a lot. I’ve used it a number of times as it’s my local caravan shop. The shop is very well stocked, more so than most other caravan shops I’ve been to. They also seem to have a good range of vans for sale but I’ve only used the shop so can’t really comment on the caravan sales side of the operation .

Arrived at Clwyd Caravans on Sunday in our Motorhome with a broken shower tap. We were at the beginning of our journey so desperately needed to fix the shower. Clwyd caravans were so helpful, they arranged for the Motorhome to go straight into their workshop and the new tap fitted despite how busy they were and it being a Sunday. Excellent service.

They have a a good spares and accessories shop. It's big. All sorts of spares for caravans and mobile homes. They don't sell any second hand parts which is a shame as we are after a window after having ours vandalised. We stopped by because there appeared to be A Lot of what appeared to be caravans that were not used. The sales guy is friendly and if you want to browse the caravans they let you get on with it. They have a good range of used caravans we enjoyed looking at as we would like a bigger newer van this year if possible. They have a good range of brands on models... 2-6berth.

We picked up a new caravan a Luner Clubman si 2017 3 months ago. We were called to say our caravan was delivered and they booked us a time slot. When we arrived we where offered a coffee and then taken to our new caravan. We then had a 2 hour hand over and they went through everything even tested the old battery to make sure it was ok. The whole team are very helpful you just need to ask. We would recommend them
