So glad to see Renault in York again. I don't usually write reviews but I felt it important to share my experience. I visited the garage with my partner and was delighted with the service we received from Joanne on the service reception desk. All to often in garages you are made to feel like an inconvenience, but not here. The personal service was second to none and they even got the car fixed the same day. Thank you.

The best in the business by far. I wanted a BMW and I paid few quids for deposit. But I cancelled the deal and they happily went ahead to refund my deposit. No questions asked, no force selling. I will definitely look to buy from them if I find a car that I am looking for. The business ethics and transparency they've shown - you only hear these type of principles in lectures and stories but you rarely see people practicing them.

Today I collected my new Dacia Duster from Renault York. I first went into that branch a few months ago with my Mum who bought a new Renault and today I got my new car. The service from everyone has been brilliant. Adam has personally looked after my Mum and I the whole time. Keeping us updated with everything. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to go and see Adam. I promise you’ll get looked after really well.

I came into the Dealership not knowing it was here until I drove past, so thought I would have a look around. I was welcomed by a lovely young man called Ryan, He showed me the layout and went through the showroom cars. I am not looking to buy as of yet but certainly will be buying from Renault York :D

Reading some of the other reviews here, I wholeheartedly agree that buying my new car, with Adam as my salesman, at Bristol Street Motors, Renault, York, was just the best experience. The whole team, but Adam in particular, looked after us brilliantly. Very friendly, but professional, polite and efficient.I am so pleased with my new Arkana and feel we have a great relationship between customer and dealership. I would certainly recommend anyone to this company, plus you get to own a fabulous new car as well. This is my third Renault and I have really loved them and the new Arkana Hybrid lives up to all my expectations. Thank you Adam. I hope you get lots of brownie points from the powers that be. You deserve them.

Inchcape, despite only being one of the only dealerships I have been in, felt incredibly professional, but welcoming. Upon my entry I was briefed on the dealership's protective measures and the hygiene station was impossible to miss as it was conveniently positioned at the entrance to ensure that the visitors were well sanitized and safe before entry. The shop floor was also easy to navigate as the arrows were simple to follow and made me feel safe in times like these. Customer service was outstanding and all of the staff who I spoke to were very friendly as well as informative. I believe the staff went above and beyond as they collectively tried to figure out and help me with some technical issues I was having transferring money to the company's account. I was personally served by Estelle who ensured I got the best deal for my budget and really helped me with the difficult decision of purchasing a first car. She was patient, friendly and ensured that we both remained safe following the social distancing regulations.

10/10 for Dionne who contacted me swiftly with all of the details and more on a car I was interested in. This was the reason it out shone other local dealerships and I went back for test drives!
